The refill fuel gauge meter on your paperwork is incorrect. According to the refill fuel gauge meter, it read that I needed to buy 31.1 gallons of gas to replenish the gas to the amount of gas that was in the truck when I rented it. So I purchased 31.1 gallons of gas, which was about two gallons of gas too much. So Uhaul owes me $5.

I struggle with technology and the “requirement” to use my cell phone for pick up made for a terrible and frustrating experience. Because of this, I shall not be able to use U-Haul in the future. Not very senior citizen friendly.

When I arrived at the location I had to resubmit all the information I had already completed online. The online application was pointless. You should tell people ahead of time if tou need them to bring their cell phone to verify their phone number. And definitely star letting customers know they need another person’ cell number that will be available on Sunday morning for a second contact verification. If you’re going to take a picture of my license AND hold my debit card, do you really need two phone numbers??

The new protocol of taking pictures of Id is extremely too much of an invasion of privacy!! I don't know who in corporate said to due this because of theft in the trucks but that is a very extensive measurement. I do not like that!!!

Equipment rental requirements seem more like data mining than necessary precautions. The team I rented from was insistent that they needed three contact numbers in addition to copies of my license. I don't know anyone who in the day off cell phones has three numbers for themselves. So you're stuck with going somewhere else or giving out the contact info for friends or relatives that have nothing to do with the rental and wouldn't be legal obligated to cover you anyway. So yeah, seems like Uhaul is data mining their customers under the guise of safeguarding their assets. Honestly, since you don't have a way to verify the additional phone numbers, gathering that info does you no good. I could have easily just made up additional phone numbers instead.

This was the 3rd place we had to drive to in order to return trailer. 1st location was closed for renovations. Should not have been scheduled as a return location. We were sent to another place even though that place was closed. Took over 3 hours just to return the trailer

I had the best customer service from the first visit to look at units to reserve it and a truck with Quentin. Then we I pick up truck, I had another great experience with the Manager. This location was close by my apartment and I appreciate how the manager shows compassion for her customers needs.
