I did after hours pickup. The truck was parked in a different spot than indicated on the check-in app, the equipment I had called and requested be added to my rental that morning had not been put in the truck, the security code I was given to retrieve the key from the lock box was wrong. If the employees hadn't still been onsite, I would not have been able to get my truck that evening and my move would have been delayed.



Get the fuel and mileage readings correct. Screwed up twicw In last two weeks.

Don't confirm a reservation for one location, then not tell the customer the location got changed thereby making them drive across town unnecessarily.

My reservation was double booked and the staff tried to rent me a much larger moving van that was going to be available for pick up 6 hours later. I called the scheduler and they were able to find me the same sized truck I reserved that was available 2 hours later.

On 7/30/2017 I didn't receive a. Receipt and Mr. Jerry Adams was a little rude to me he charged my card and I wanted to pay when I got back from trip which I went down the end of road and back across the storage where I live over charged on 8/5/2017 I can in at 9:14 Jerry didn't wanted bandy to wait on me we had a few words and I was over charged again this time I did got a receipt attitude need to be in check he need to learn good customer service with older people.the business is in good spot just need train people to work it U-Haul on Zimalcrest Drive

I made my reservation for the Cayce store. I was never told I was calling a call center, not the store. Had I not called to confirm my reservation, I wouldn't have known to pick the truck up at Zimalcrest Drive, I would have gone to Cayce. My daughter was going to use the restroom, found 3 live roaches on the floor and no tp in the bathroom. I would not rent from UHaul again for any reason.

Please add additional staff. There was only one person working and the line was out the door. I rented a trailer and so did the customer in front and behind me. She had to stop hook-up each one of us and it took over an hour.

Absolutely no Customer Service. Staff behave as if they are doing a favor to us by talking to us. For any question they have no answers, Every time you ask a question they answer “Go to”. When asked why I had to pick up the Truck 20 miles away from the preferred location, Lady answered “Go to”. I wanted to get the mile I lost due to this she said call 1800 number. I asked if I can get some miles to cover the loss (which was 71 Miles since I had to come back to pick up auto transport the next day) she replied again “Go to”. These people are not professional who can help and they were just not in any mood to help. I did not knew how the Auto Transporter work so asked the question, He replied “you should have watched YouTube before coming here to pick up”. My Wife had to climb out of the window of the car. When I was ready to leave the property one of the guy came and showed how you can open the side so that you can open the car door. This has been my work ever customer experience ever and the obviously the work with Uhaul. May be no more U haul.

Do not immediately fault the staff, but when we arrived were informed that the trailer we had reserved was not available because we were not there at 8:00 am. I explained that when I spoke with a U-haul Rep by phone on Wednesday, the conversation was that pick up would occur between 8-9. We arrived prior to 9:00, but the onsite Rep said that since we were not there at 8:00, the trailer had been requested/scheduled for someone else. I explained that my confirmation from U-haul did not denote such a time requirement. Fortunately the General Manager stepped in to handle the situation. The requested and confirmed trailer was delivered for our use. Recommendation - if there is a time requirement for pick up of equipment, PLEASE clearly acknowledge such on communication such as the confirmation.
