I drove 30 miles but got billed for 100 miles. I did not take a picture of odometer but no one can give me the odometer of that particular equipment when it was returned next and where. I was told at the store that the equipment was one way to Charlotte. Not sure if this is a systematic problem. I trusted U-Haul and paying the price. I need some kind of proof that I drive 100 miles other than a store person saying I did.

Charge the customer for the number of miles they use only and don't add things onto their bills that they didn't request or you can find yourself in a lawsuit.

The turn-in after hours is the pits. There were two couples turning in their rentals at the same time, we were trying to follow the instructions listed on the sign in the window. Both of us experienced terrible results with the app. Trying to access the code and post it in the is a joke. Surely you do better than that. Check in went smoothly, check out not so much. We both just walked away and left the equipment sitting where it was. They were fussing and cussing. I was upset and if anyone had asked for a good word, they would not have gotten it.

This is not where I wanted to pick up my trailer. I was called from the West Columbia service center and my location was changed. I later check with the one I wanted and my trailer was available.. I do not understand why my trailer pick up was changed, especially since the 2nd location that I was sent to, did not have what I originally wanted and they tried to changed me $69 instead of the $29 listed on my reservation..

The only complaint I really have is that I'm not sure why I was re authorized with my debit card over the phone for extend my time for about two hours. Then when I get back to the store they show no record only my transactions in the store. I hope I get my money back for that transition. Other was I will be filling a formal complaint. I believe I spoke with customer service over the phone and not someone in the store

From the moment I walked into the shop to pick up my rental van the staff was horrible! The lady behind the counter acted like she hated her job and was only mono toned quiet. And frankly kind of rude. When explaining the rentetal she rambled and didn't make eye contact as if she didn't care. I've never once met someone so un personable. Now the van was fantastic clean working ac and just overall nice! But then when I got back to check the van in a guy met me at the van. I proceed to say hello and he didn't even look up at me and say anything. So we went through the check and he had the same attitude like he hated his job and didn't care. Didn't care about me the van or his job. So sadly even tho the van was great I don't feel like I can rate y'all with a remotely favorable score. Not sure if it's the company culture or something in the water. But your team needs some help with people skills.
