There was barely any gas in the tank at the time of the pickup. The pickup was delayed even though everything was prepared in advance.

Was lied to about having a dolly to move things had to keep giving my card information to different people customer service was the worst on the phone and did not communicate with the store they send you to make sure the equipment is available will not use again
Tonya GThere were no blankets or dolly provided. U-Haul charged me anyway for the equipment they did not provide. The trailer had loose screws and trash inside.
Patrick SSt. Andrews C Mart was the pick-up location for my rental. It’s a smoke-filled gas station in a sketchy part of town. The truck was dirty on the outside and lots of dog hair on the inside. You have to jump through hoops to get the keys. I wasted a lot of time just trying to get the keys to my rental. I STRONLGY do not recommend this pick-up location.
Eric SI finished with the truck ahead of schedule, so I returned it on a Friday afternoon. However, on Saturday, I received messages from U-Haul saying that it was almost time to return the equipment. In other words, the workers at this location had not told U-Haul's computer system that the equipment had been returned. Eventually, it was straightened out, but it took a great deal of time and effort.
