The vehicle smell so strongly of marijuana and had I had time to go somewhere else I would have. I cant believe I had to pay as much as I did and have to ride over 200 miles with my mother in the truck I rented from uhaul. Please at least try to clean the vehicle before you rent them if they smell like drugs have been used in them. I'm so thankful that I did not get pulled over by the police because the first thing they would have said is (WHERE'S THE WEED)! I paid enough money to ride in a truck that was clean but that was the only one available at the time. You dont have to worry about me ever renting from you again.JAMES H.
LIARS!! The employee lied straight to my face. Even caught on video and I still didn't win the appeal because the person who decides who wins is the person it's against! Makes no sense. The gas tank was not full but a bit above 7/8 . i tried a long time to call you to let you know. I have to hold very long and was repeatedly disconnected. I did fill the tank and was reimbursed as I had only used a gallon of gas. I have never had a rental truck that was not full when I picked it up. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would use you again and definitely reccommend your company.Karen C.

I returned my vehicle on 2/13 at 3:45 to the employee on duty. I was told by her that she would get it closed out and I would receive an email with my final receipt. I reached out to uhaul on Saturday night because I still had not received a receipt. I never heard back. My receipt was sent to me on Sunday , 2/14 at 11am, stating that I returned the vehicle on 2/14 at 4:41pm. This is obviously untrue. My receipt also stated that I drove 19 total miles. This is correct. What is not correct is that It states that I used 6 gallons of gas. I spoke to an employee on Sunday afternoon. I was told the manager would be calling me in the morning to address the situation. I called at 10:30 today with no answer. I have a reservation to rent another truck on Wed this week and have never had issues like this with past rentals. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. I expect uhaul to make this right . If not I will have no choice but to dispute the charges on my credit card and find another truck rental option. I am awaiting your call.Scott G.

Customer service was horrible, I made reservation from home got there and the lady pulled up an account from 13years ago which I have already discussed and settled the matter a year ago. I've rented from u-haul since because of prior agreements, u-haul got stuck in mud 13years ago, I also paid uhaul insurance during the leasing of vehicle. I had to be insulted, and humiliated and pay addition $100. The lady was also lazy, the gas meter was not the same as the mark on contract. That was unprofessional to handle the transaction with no remorse or consideration for customer, replay video camera the night I rented the truck. I walk back in the building please watch. I had placed my order to pick up at a location on Sparkleberry Lane. About 90 minutes before scheduled pickup, I received a call that my order had been moved to another location, which was 30 minutes away. This was very inconvenient, and I think the company should have made an effort to get the truck to the original location.henry K.

They showed a cargo van in stock. I get there, the young lady said she could not find the key. She sent me out there anyway hoping they were in the vehicle. THEY WERE NOT and I went back up to the office; she called the mgr and she said, "oh that vehicle is down for maintenance..!!" Not good because it should NOT have been in stock then. Anyway, after 30 min, I finally got a truck (which was better). The young lady was nice and professional and I told her it was not her fault, it was a mgmnt issue. I would rent here again.Brett R.
I did the pre check in on line but it still took 40 min to get the truck when I arrived. The truck should have already been brought up and ready for me but I had to walk to the parking area and locate the right truck myself.Brent L.
Pick-up location was changed from Garners Ferry to Forest Drive without any notification by text or email. So we had to backtrack to the new location. Forest Drive location printer was not working and contract had to be emailed to me. Tank was nearly empty (warning light came on after driving 10 miles), although latest reading on contract indicated 1/4 tank of gas present. Worst experience in dealing with Uhaul for over 20 years. Would be nice to go back to having gas tank topped off before returning.Lawrence L.
