I got there on time and waited an hour to get my rental van. I was about as civil as I could be, considering the woman who helped me made me late, it wasn't clear where to park, the line was too long for only one staff member, etc. While the woman at the counter got my van, I parked my car. I walked back into the location to find that she had left my debit card unattended with other customers waiting at the desk. She kept trying to make jokes with me about things like having my car towed. When I didn't laugh (because that's not funny), she said that I didn't have a sense of humor. When I returned to the location to drop off my van, I drove past the office and was almost hit head on by the attendant who brings the trucks back in. He just grinned at me when I asked how the heck to get out of that place. If I have any problems with that card, the one left on the counter while the woman at the counter left to start my rental van, you'll hear from me again.

Very small and difficult to maneuver around and to. There is only one employee and this makes it frustrating when that individual is on the lot and not in the office. Very helpful but just slow service.

Terrible attitude at the front desk. Wanted to charge me extra for dropping off at the wrong location. After I showed her the change in drop off location (contract vs. text message update), and called UHaul, she finally checked the computer and saw that I was at the correct drop off location. She still had a bad attitude and very poor customer service.

The Representative did not show me, how to lower the transport dolly sides to get in & out of my car in which caused me damage to my driver side door.

There was a problem with me having to go a cross town to find another trailer because there was not one at the location originally where it should have been and there was another problem with delivery of the trailer. The people could not get the trailer checked in for return and was trying to charge me for them not being able to check trailer in that day. The trailer did not get checked in until two days later after drop off. The store dealer at U-haul and the U-haul rep on the phone was battling it out and having difficulties back and forth between each other as I was in the middle. I was very dissatisfied with the overall experience at U-haul. They promise me a credit and nothing worked with voucher and still no manager has gotten back in contact with me for a follow up or left any voicemail. Poor customer service on management and the fighting between U-haul employees was disheartening. No soldiers, people in general should have to ever go through this fail rental experience.

When I arrived to drop off an auto transport, I was told the wrong place to put it twice. Three people at location but hard to get help with correct info and final location to put it. Finally shift leader/manager got up and led me to the right spot. Good rental experience ruined with lack of customer focus at drop off.

Employees were nice and truck was clean. It was also easy to return with the online check-in. However, it slightly bothers me on principal that I was charged $1 for a moving guide when I did not ask for it nor was I told I was being charged for it. Worries me that they might not be up-front with all their costs to all their customers.

I was charged double for the truck and Safe Move. There was no one in the office when I returned to help with my issue, and when I tried to call Customer Service, the line just keeps telling me to go here, but no humans will answer the phone. So, I am getting charged double what I intended and nobody is helping fix the issue.
