The staff just never seems to be trained well enough to understand the mobile app. The app tells me directly how to rent and get the rental, but the staff doesn't understand how to use the app. I would recommend through training with staff.

There were no appliance dollys available. There told me all of them were stolen or missing. But I was sent here after the UHaul on Garners Ferry Rd did not have a truck for me to use even after I made reservations. I thought there would be some kind of compensation, at least for mileage between the two sites.

I was surprised at checkout with unpaid charges from a rental over three years ago. If they were due, and I say if because I have no idea three years later what the payment should have been, why was it not handled at the time? Why not send a letter, email or call three years ago? Contact me and I’ll pay. You have my contact info. Don’t hold me up when I’m checking out- forcing me to call a collection agent on the spot like I’m a dead beat. I paid on the spot because I needed to rent a trailer. But don’t worry, I’ll use another rental company next time. This really infuriated me. I pay my bills- all of them -on time. If you want my business, you will extend an apology. I’m not holding my breath.

Make sure staff scheduling reservations, know location hours. I booked on 10/26/2019, for a 10/28/2019 pick up. Arrived at the location, it was closed. I was very frustrated, because I left work early, and had a friend to assist me, and was not able to do what I'd planned. Had to reschedule for the next day, and it took forever to get checked out. The vehicle was in perfect condition, which is why, I would probably rent again, but would not recommend to a friend. Then additional cost after vehicle was returned, but didn't receive explanation as to why.

I had @ 15 ft truck and returned the keys the same day in the afternoon and thy stated I didn't and the camera conveniently doesn't pick up anything!!! I will never use that location again!!!!!

On September 24 I reserved a 5 x 9 trailer which I picked up at the Wrightsboro facility in Augusta Georgia and then I picked up a 20 foot truck at the Gordon Highway 1647 facility upon my return to my new home in Columbia South Carolina we had emptied the trailer out early and we’re anticipating the movers who are helping unload my truck because I’m disabled to be there shortly I dropped the trailer at the closest U-Haul facility which was about a mile from my home and they refused to take it I was told by both receiving facilities I can drop them off at any U-Haul facility which ever was closest to me because of my time constraints and I don’t know Columbia South Carolina the young lady that worked there refused to except the trailer I insisted that we leave it because we had to go unload the 20 foot truck the movers were coming to unload me and my wife on hitched the trailer and pushed it into the parking space available in the front of the building we left the contract with the young girl and we went back to my new home and proceeded to unload the 20 foot truck that I rented from you as well when we were done we bought the 20 foot truck to the same facility and the young girl got nasty with my wife yelled and screamed at her to get out of the building because we were now dropping the truck off we called the police and filed a complaint and the young lady charged me a fraudulent fee of $54 one to clean the trailer which she never did and I had the Columbia Police Department return the keys in the contract to the 20 foot truck for the drop off which I was instructed to do by both the project manager Melvin and Gordon highway and the other manager on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta I also found out that this young lady put an E alert out on me because I left the trailer at their facility which belongs to you U-Haul and the trailer that me and my wife unhitched and put in a parking space happen to get processed anyway it wasn’t in a parking space no more apparently somebody put it where it was supposed to go in the facility. So let me say this if I was to go to this facility after 7 PM and drop The trailer and the 20 foot truck off and drop the contracts and keys in the door what’s the difference why am I being alerted and told and I can never use U-Haul again because you have a vindictive spiteful young lady who’s probably racist because I’m white and she’s black and she didn’t want to help me or do any work if you want to go there we can because I will file a suit against you you can’t ban me from using your service because I dropped my truck and trailer add a different facility we can make a big deal out of this if you want to this young lady picked the wrong person to play with and steal my money

There is not sufficient parking for customers. One parkibg space for a facility if this size is not good. You cab not drive out if another vehicle is pulling up. The cashier was not empathetic when told the customer service rep. had given incorrect information. I was told the mileage was unlimited. But upon picking the truck up, i was only given 53miles. For a 24 hour rental, what was i supposed to do with only 53 miles?

Trailer was full of grass clippings. I had to clean it before I could use it. Staff was not available to help load trailer. I had to hook it up by myself. At return, no one available to unhitch trailer; again, had to do it by myself.

I went to return the van a day early and when I got there the place was closed. I called the number and the customer service representative was not aware that the office was closed either. There were other customers there at this location to pick up vehicles. I would not want one of my friends to experience what I did. I had my 85 year old dad out there with me. The representative on the phone was very nice and she did help me with the online return service. Not the way to conduct business.
