This place doesn't deserve any stars for their terrible customer service. The manager in this store should not be a manager in running this business. Very rude in handling customer service and does not take responsibility for their mistakes and just passes it to someone else to handle. How do you question a manager who gives you an answer that he doesn't know anything. A manager should be well aware of any given situation when there's only 2-4 people in this store. It seems they do not know how to communicate with each other and give you a lousy answer "I don't know!". My husband yelled at the manager in telling him to apologize to me for being rude and to mean it. If he's the manager of the store, you don't give your customers negative connotations that will escalate to an argument. My husband cursed at him for being rude in how he communicated information to us. Well, you know what...that manager deserved it for being rude and should've been called out on his rudeness. Customers...I would not recommend even stepping foot in this store because you will experience the same rudeness and insult I received from this manager for not taking responsibility and owning up to his mistakes. Instead you will go through these unnecessary headaches of calling your bank, dealing with their unprofessional customer service, and calling the uhaul company because this store gave up helping you and will give you the uhaul number to have them deal with it instead. The manager will also give you an excuse that he doesn't make phone calls for you, threaten that if you don't pay that it will end up at the collection agency after they deliberately run and charge your card several times, cancel the transaction, and redo the whole process over again and wait for few business days for the transactions to clear at the bank only to finally find out that the paid amount was cancelled, refunded because the employee cancelled the transaction and you walk in the store and they tell you they have to do the transaction all over again..and I'm thinking why the hell are they open and running. They need to close down and establish some business and customer service etiquette before they run one. Last, he will also have the cops take care of his business if any customer was rude to his face when he came off rude in the first place. Customers...see all the patterns of how he didn't want to resolve any situation. This store should not conduct any business!!!

The manager on duty at the time was Matt. He got me in and out within 5 minutes and I was on the road picking up stuff to move to my new home. He really made my day with his professionalism is mannerism and his courtesy.

I was charged for the loss of a bag of blankets and a furniture dolly despite returning the same on 8/13/17 at 11:30.amand there is obviously no security at the property. Further, they refused to apply the insurance policy which is vague as to its coverage.

The representative went to my daughter's house asking about me and the van u had rented. That was very rude and unprofessional to do. My daughter called me up thinking the worst cause they went to her door. I didn't like what he was implying especially when he got my daughter involved.

Close this site down. No packing blankets. Oh and not to forget, the dolly that "comes with the truck and inside the truck" does not come free. The basic dolly they charge for but do not tell you it's extra until afterwards. Their excuse was I was supposed to read everything on the dolly itself. No, how about you lousy people include that in the paperwork. Hidden fee jerks. $8 a day for the basic dolly, $20 a day for the utility dolly... a rip off, on top of the daily charge and mileage charge. Then they want to nickel and dime me over the dolly. You lost this customer!

Hello, Rental experience : 1st reservation was at E st. When I got to location in San Bernardino (E St storage) I added basic coverage which was $42. Adding safe move of $42 to the initial estimate of $127.89 should be $169.89. I was given a total charge of $222.39, they could not explain why it was added incorrectly, they said they would look into it and get credit back. After receiving the U-haul truck rental I was advised that the truck was on empty and I would have to fill it, which wasn't a big deal. When filling the truck at the gas station the truck began to leak gas. There was a hole in tank or fuel line, returning the rental per fuel tank damage. I was then redirected to another location to pick up a smaller U-haul truck and I was charged $219.80 for a smaller truck with no fuel credit from the previous reservation. Is there anything you can do to accommodate this inconvenience. Also shouldn't a smaller truck be less in cost and how would I be credited back the first payment on the first damaged truck that was returned and fuel that was lost, haven't seen any emails regarding this.
