Great service and very accommodating. They actually helped me save a lot of money. They could have easily let me walk out the door and charge me much more once I returned the truck and I honestly would not have been able to dispute the amount, but the guy stopped the transaction and worked with me to figure out a more cost efficient rental. I ended up paying less than a third of what I could have been paying. Honestly and compassion go a long way and these Gus go above and beyond to provide that. Thank you guys so much. You are amazing! Absolute disgrace! Sent me to 3 different locations all of which everyone was rude and just did not care at all. Then when I talk to actual employees they don't even care each time taking me further from where I wanted to be just to charge me for the mileage and make up for the $50 you lost because your employees can't get things right to begin with. I reserved a 20ft truck at a location 2 months before my move. 2 days before I called them and was told there was no 20ft truck available. They do not move vehicles and they don't provide a fuel tank of gas. I do not recommend U-Haul. They did provide me a larger truck at the same price as the 20ft but not sure when they were going to tell me about the change.LISA H.

My reservation was changed 3 times. I booked for riverside and it was changed to Colton. Then the time was changed again from 8 to 9. The worker was late. The truck was filthy and nobody could find the keys. This set my entire day back 2 hours. Miserable experience.DANIEL H.

Don't fraud people money and now I have to spend time-fighting the extra charges. Tell people you charge for using this location in person. Then they can choose another location that doesn't charge to check-in person. I want my money back before I get an attorney. We had several issues with the verification, saying that phone numbers were listed on the reservation and couldn't be used for verification even though it wasn't. I had also requested furniture pads that were not included in the rental.Noel S.

Make sure they have enough equipment to rent for each truck that gets rented. I rented a furniture mover and didn't know they didn't have any until I picked up the u haul truck. If I was notified ahead of time I could have gone elsewhere. It was a huge inconvenience for meLorraine S.
When I made the reservation I was informed that my location for pick up may change, it did but they did a good job helping me to the next spot. Although the next place couldn't find my reservation at first, they did and all went well.Cynthia M.

They were not honest about the gas guage upon getting car. They rushed us to return it before 24 hrs. We dumped our stuff on the curb to rush back for them to say they made a mistake so I did not have a chance to move ally things. They charged me $180 for less than 24 hrs and they were rude ass hell. My trucks windshield exterior was filthy. Also I ordered an furniture dolly and was given a regular dolly and charged 3 dollars more. The furniture dolly showed on my order. They didn't check damage with me (there is a ton and I have pics as proof) It took over 10 minutes to get the keys even though I did precheck in. There was no drop box so I couldn't do remote drop off. It was frustrating and difficult dealing with them.STEPHEN S.

First off the truck had very little gas in it she didn't note that on the form she gave me she seemed a bit rude also.She forgot my dolly so I had to double back and it took almost a hour just to finally get the truck with barely any gas. First off, my scheduled pick up was in Riverside off Spruce St at 730am for a 15ft truck. We drive To that location to pick up the uhaul and there Was no 15ft truck available. Was told to wait til about 8:15am Then the spruce st location called and said the reason they didn't have a truck for us was bc it was to be at the Colton, ca location off Washington st. They couldn't do anything for us although my paperwork that I did online indicated on spruce st. So we drive to Colton, ca and that location was closed. They did not open til 9am. Called the uhaul customer Service line and was told to check out via website... which took us an hour to do. Poor customer service all the way around. Not only were we already delayed 2 hours... it was a horrible experience trying to get a truck I ordered online AND paid for in advance.Vic P.
The people operating this company are frauds. They over charged me on mileage .I did not complete online check in however I took pictures of the mileage prior to turning in the truck .
