The guy that came out to check in my return took his sweet ass time and I was in a hurry to get to my destination another hour up the highway. He wanted to get personal with me and I had to ask him to please just help me get through this return as fast as possible because I had places to be. He continued to take his time thumping the tires and walking around checking lights and just enjoying his day. I was pissed when I left because of the lack of urgency in this guy's service. We reserved a 27ft and a 15ft truck and we're told that only the 15ft truck was available. If you are going to have a reservation system, it needs to reflect what equipment will be available or give some sort of accommodation for unavailable reservations. We ended up spending much more money and doing a lot more work because of the unavailable truck. If we would've known we only had a 15ft available, we would have planned accordingly and rearranged our move.Kaitlyn M.

The general manager, Jason, was a real douche. Might I suggest manager training where they learn not to yell, interrupt, or threaten customers with arrest and/ or jail time until they get all the information they may need about a situation. Also, communication and access to cactive customer rentals between your online reps and in store reps needs to be reevaluated immediately.Alexandra L.
Please eliminate the step in online check-in where I have to provide a 2ndary phone number that an associate calls to verify that I am picking up the equipment. Uhaul already has my contact info, location data on my phone showing that I am physically at the pickup location, a recent photo of me, my driver's license information, and my credit card on file. Having to call another person to verify that I am picking up the equipment is unnecessary. This step has caused considerable delays in checking in each time I have picked up equipment from Uhaul because the contact that I give sees a '1800' number is calling, screens it, thinks it is spam, and does not answer. This then requires me to call my contact, tell them to answer the call from Uhaul, and then have the associate re-call them and hope that they answer. Eliminating this step will save considerable time and frustration for customers who are on a tight schedule.Chase L.
website is terrible. difficult to navigate. checking in was a pain. took picture of truck, 20 minutes later phone was still uploading. had to exit out of app and take pictures on my own. took 15 minutes to get approval. I'm renting a truck, process made me feel like I was some type of terrorist requesting and calling alternate contact. This process made me not ever want to rent from Uhaul.Glenn V.

Rented a 25 foot truck which was new and cruze control didn't work. The worst!!!!! was a car transport I rented had a broken shackle I noticed it the morning we were going to load the car, we would definitely lost our car if I had not seen it. I called Jason the manager in Colorado Springs twice with no response back . The trailer was not checked out before renting it very serious issues I will contact corporate. Other than that I would still recommend Uhaul but just double check everything.Thomas E.

I had no problems with this location. I originally was told that the U-haul would be available 5 mins from my home and ended up driving 50 mins one way to get it, adding miles and time to my travel schedule. That was the only downside about the experience.Randi D.
