There were so many issues with processing my charges , Meshell havd trouble processing my card. I got charged 2 transactions for her attempt and still had to pay cash . I have 146.11 on hold with my bank from her failed attempts that she said she could not see in the system. Had to go to the bank and get 127.00 to pay because she shaid my card didn't go through yet my bank authorized 147.11 - I better get my money back

I told them I was going to drop off on Saturday and then when I bring it in, I am told there is an add'l day charge because the location put the dates in wrong. Is this a way to let your customers think the charges are not too high and then hit them on the other end? Next time I'll rent Penske.

The whole trailer drop off process was completely unsatisfactory from a customer standpoint. My rental statement directed me to the Forest Park address to drop off my trailer. When I got there, the attendant took more than 20 minutes to even talk to me about taking the trailer. Finally, after waiting in the lobby of the store, he looked at my slip and said that they could not take the trailer at that location. The attendant then called the 800 # and they directed me via a text to drop off the trailer (which was returned one and a half days early) to the site listed here. This site was 11 miles away from the location that I went to first. The attendant on the 800# and the attendant at the new site drop off could not explain why it changed and why I was inconvenienced. When I got to the new location, the person helping me asked that I pull the trailer to the back of the lot (inside of the gate and behind the storage units). I spent over an hour at that location. I wasted at least an hour and a half to an hour and forty five minutes in the whole process that should have taken 10 minutes. If this warrants an apology or questions that you would like answers for, call the number on the rental agreement. If you don't even care about the comments or the inconvenience and do not call, then this will probably be the last rental from U-Haul.

I received a truck that had a check engine light on. I was told no worries well as I finished my work and got ready to put gas in the car there was no gas cap which meant that's why the check engine light was on and I wasted a lot of gas and time and would no longer use that facility for any of my rental

I've had the worse experiences yet back to back with uhaul in a matter of two different locations in one week. First one kept trying to charge me for a rental that had been paid off the day after late night return. They Couldn't find the receipt, paperwork, nor clear it with cameras or personnel Mind you I was attending a funeral and repast while all this back and forth calling and emailing was going on. Four days of agony because I require uhaul occasionally in my line of work and was already on my second truck for the week of which that store double charged my card in excess amount placing a hold on funds that were being applied to other areas. No one even offered any form of compensation toward my next rental nor refund. Seriously disappointed ??

So first I threw a twenty on the tank, I can be considered vertically challenged compared to the truck, I checked out with 5/8 of a tank I returned it a little above the 3/4 and they tell me that the next customer can use it. I wasn't given an overview of the vehicle. The manager seemed like she didn't want to bothered. My experience on Washington Rd was actually extremely bad compared to Old National. They have amazing customer service in every aspect. The manager did not communicate with them that I would not be picking up a vehicle, and they still called me to make sure I had a vehicle and I was able to get moving. I told them I had picked up a few hours ago from Washington Rd. I jave gotten a uhaul twice in the past thirty days, and truthfully I would regret to ever have to go back to Washington Rd. I asked a new guy to help me out and find his manager, his first response was I don't really know anything I'm new around here. I asked you to find your boss! Thankfully she had walked up shortly after. I feel that 4540 Washington Rd should take a few lessons on customer service, just simply letting them know, that people are moving, no one feels like doing this and if we are doing it ourselves, no one wants to be feeling disrespected just because they wish to use your products and services. For the next customer the uhaul should at least be full, tires checked with air in them. Maybe I'm used to better service being that I checked out at national 16 days prior, in attempts to be close to my job.
