The staff was great and prompt. My only concern is with the confined space for the equipment (trailer). You have to manuever between tight spaces to get in and out of the location.

The previous renters left the van dirty and smelled of urine I definitely was not pleased with the sanitation and cleanliness of the vehicle but had no choice but to take it for my move since many locations did not have the equipment that I needed.

They charged my $29.43 and said that they don't know why i was charged that fee, but I clearly saw the guy typing it in the system.. They still won't refund me..

1. Clean up the area. 2. The Trailer had bald tires (unsafe). 3. Provide customers with equipment they ordered 4. Express should be express if not "DO NOT OFFER IT" 5. Overall, Headquarters should have a Rep to check their location.

The young lady on duty didn't seem knowledgeable about the availability. She wasn't the most friendly person I've worked with at this location. She didn't seem to want to help any of the customers in the store. I ended up using my phone to book and pick up my truck.

Greet the customers upon entry into the facility. Excuse yourself when leaving the area to assist another customer without attitude. No personal conversation with other employees when assisting a customer.

The area itself is not safe. Parking is not near the building and you have to park your personal vehicle on the other side of a car wash at another place of business. There are hardly any spaces to park a truck making it difficult to get in or out of the truck because everything is so tight.

I feel that the odometer is rigged because what normally would have been an 9 mile trip, both ways, turned into a 14 mile trip. I watched the odometer on the truck I had jump from 56217 to 56220 within a block's distance. Other than that, everything was fine.

While they have all the Uhaul marketing material there's a disconnect between what's marketed and the employees. The woman who received me without any gretting but a "Can I help you " that was delivered in more like i was bothering her. I mea obviously I am there to either pick up a rental or inquire about one. The entire transaction she was completely disconnected from any form of interaction related to customer service. I get more of a reception from a clerk of any local DMV then with this representative of Uhaul. At least one silver linning, she wasn't present when i returned the rental 4 hours later. At least the young man was more receptive to assisting with the return. On another note, the parking and customer parking logistics of this location are awfully tight.

I was over charged information was not provided i was drawn negative because of this and now i owe my bank 300.00 i was charged 3 times by uhaul i will not be using uhaul again i rather pay more for better services

First of all, I selected a location, when to pick up and was addressed with the surprise that the vehicle was not available/had to hoped another ride to get to the Washington road location from Welcome all road. Then when I got there, I was not even acknowledge by the staff. The cashier was taking care of a customer when she was finish did she passed by me to give the customer his vehicle and did not even say I will be back a while passed by a good while about 15 minutes to be exact, she came back did not address me and was talking on her cellphone, it was not a business call I hear. it was personal. no acknowledgement, I walked to the counter and with a face she said can I help. So rude, unprofessional. She spoke to me about the U-Haul insurance I decided to get that coverage $14.95. When I return the truck @ 9:00 pm on the Oct 6th 2018, the contract I receive was showing $28.99 coverage this is a ripped off, on top of that another $14.95 was charge to my acct separate. because I called in to request additional hours from 5pm to 9pm I was told it was going to be $93.31 for 35 miles. I did not go over my mileage, and had the gas right were I first started I have the pictures of when I got the truck and when I returned it. I should have been charge the amount on the on the contract minus the miles I did not use plus the $55.00 for the additional hours, I agreed to that. but instead I was Charge a Total of $164.24(this includes the erroneous charge of $28.00 for insurance that I did not choose) in addition more insurance for $14.00. A refund needs to be given to me, If you need a copy of my original contract and or any picture to prove mileage. I may provide it to you. Refund my account with the necessary amount that I was overcharge. Is my first time using the services this company provides and what a disappointment it has been. My bank account id now in an overdraft state due to you overcharging my account with what was not budgeted by me. I wish to request that that $35.00 fee is credited back to me as well due to this error. If you cannot resole that for me please inform me so that I may proceed by returning this charge through my financial institution. Shelby Brock

I have been on tour for 3 months i returned to the storage to check on my items i moved out of my condo and before i opened the door there was roaches crawling from out of the building i lifted up the door 4 more roaches crawled from the crack of the door ..my dresser as soon as you open the door has rat poop on it my comforter was in a trash bag there little claw marks all over it my clothes and furniture are ruined i will be filing a formal complain in the morning and contacting my legal shield advisor on how to move forward with getting my things replaced ...this is absolutley unacceptale how do you own a establishment where people trust you to keep there valubles safe and clean nd you cant even do that much
