When the back of the truck is cleaned, don't use oil based cleaners or disinfectants. Bleach or Lysol. The back of my truck was very slick. It made my movers have a tough go of it.

Not sure if the location listed above is where i actually dropped the truck and trailer, or where it was scheduled to be dropped off. This rating is for the place i actually dropped it to. The original location gets a half of star, the woman was very rude and when i asked for help it just got worse
The vehicle was dirty and had to be swept by the attendant which suggested to me that the last user did not clean the vehicle. The area outside of the facility was filled with trash and seems rather unsafe. The attendant was clueless. I was made to take your insurance which was totally unheard of in my years of renting vehicles fro U-Haul. I will be taking this issue to corporate as this location need to be addressed.

I don't like the fact that I had to take a pic of my license. In addition, I informed the manager I had car insurance, but due to the fact that I did not have my insurance card with me she demanded I pay an additional $10. It was WRONG to make me pay $10 more. I was made to feel like a criminal and extorted for $10. I sure you don't treat OTHER locations like this.
The young lady and man provided me with excellent customer service. The gentleman moved the truck upfront for me and the young lady wiped the interior of the truck before I got in and those things were greatly appreciated. I feel bad that I don't know their names but they were amazing.

When picking up my equipment, I was told that it was mandatory to get the Collision Damage Waiver on the pickup truck I reserved. I inquired where was that stated in writing and was it a location-specific requirement because I was able to decline it when I made my online reservation. Neither associate could provide me with this information, only stated that the manager requires it, but of course there was no manager there at the time. I also questioned the mileage rate because the UHAUL's website stated a cheaper rate from what I was being charged. Once again, I did not get a reasonable rationale to answer the discrepancy. Although, these were two disputed up-charges, I proceeded with the rental. I contacted Customer Service the following day and was informed that the Collision Damage Waiver is not mandatory and that the mileage rate should have been the cheaper rate. I'm not sure if the employees of this location are uninformed, under trained, have a certain benchmark that they are required to maintain, or other motives. But this is not the way customer service should be handled. Clearly they misrepresented the company. Regardless of how friendly and helpful they were, it is tainted when I'm overcharged for no apparent reason after questioning the validity of the charges. The amount spent is ridiculous for only having the equipment for about 2 hours with a round trip of 20 miles.
Wasn't gonna bother submitting a review until I was informed they didn't want my business there again. I didn't show any disrespect, only shock when I saw I was charged 100 miles over what I used. When I showed them my contract and the current mileage on the truck showed I uses 56 and not 156. They made me go out and crank up the truck take a picture to prove it which I did. They refunded that part, but then on the reciept it showed a 2 day charge period. They refunded the 39 and I informed them I was charged 2 days insurance as well. So my refund should have been 39 plus 14. At this time the gm was informed and walked off upset at me because I brought this to their attention. All I did was watch my money carefully and im glad I stayed to check the truck in with them. If they thought I was rude I would love to see their reaction when they get checked out at any place and get charged over 100 more than they were supposed to.
I made a mistake and rented a small vehicle then I turned right back around to go get a bigger vehicle which they didn't have and they still charged me the entire rental cost. They still didn't lose money because someone came in right behind me and rented the same cargo van I returned and I had reserved it for 8 hrs. I should have been charged just for mileage.
The staff was excellent and professional!
I always return to this location for my truck rentals. There are several closer to me.
