The mileage was incorrect. Their is no way on Gods green earth. I went 46 miles. From the store to Camp Creek marketplace. Than they overcharged my card

The manager Alonzo was very rude. I came back in once I realized they charged my card after I paid cash for my rental. This caused my account to overdraft. I asked why did this happen and who would be responsible for giving me my $70 in overdraft fees. He said he didn’t know and gave me the 800 number. I showed him proof of everything and still nothing has been done about my $70. I will be filling a small claim case against this location this week. I will call to see if this can be taken care of if not they will see me in court for way more than $70.

Only two people there for the 2nd day of the month, when most people are moving at the beginning of the month. One guy was outside dealing with trucks, and one girl was at the counter, who had to leave constantly to assist customers. I was there at least 20-30 mins just trying to rent a hand truck. Then there was no one available to help get it inside vehicle. One of the customers offered to help.

The equipment was in great condition; however the staff needs customer service training. First, I was lied to, I was told that my reservation was booked online for 9:30 PM, I looked at the reservation today and it shows 9:30 AM. I did not get the truck I reserved because of this information. The claim was the truck was not available because of my supposedly PM booking. I stood and waited while 2 employees worked on some previous problem and while standing I was not greeted or told that they would be with me. The lack of professionalism was shocking. I will not use this location again, nor will I recommend it.

I should have checked my starting mileage.... GPS said I drove 63miles odometer said 76..... Staff didn't understand the possibility the odometer was off due to tire size possibility. She was cute, I caved, better luck next time

Renting the the truck was fine however on the return no one was at the desk then I shouted out hello, a young man peered out but continued his conversation not acknowledging me. He dryly asked if I was returning the truck I said yes and he took the key as that was all there was to do. I told him I was two hours late he sighed. Eventually another young man and young woman came out of the office. None of which looked motivated to assist me in the return transaction. It might as well had been self service. I disputed a charge on the bill and two of them seemed even more irritated that I had a question. I’ve rented here before and the service was great which is why I came neck but I doubt I will return should I need a uhaul in the future.

You need to train the staff. The staff was Very unprofessional and very rude, I understand that the location is in a black neighborhood, but it give uhaul no right to treat African Americans that way. I have been to many uhaul stores and I have never seen any store like this. It's just a matter of time before someone walk in and start recording the foolishness at this location. I would hate to see uhaul with a bad reputation because someone posted a video and it goes viral.

Make customers aware that vehicle has issues. The truck leaked very bad inside where my furniture was and my mattresses got very wet and my 55 inch tv got severe water damage also and it no longer work. I called and reported my issue and all was said was ok. I was very heart broken to hear that customer service was not given. And never did the guy say were sorry. Now I have to try to purchase me another T.V..

I returned my rental and was the only customer in the store. I was kind of ignored while 3 employees discussed lunch. I had to announce that I was here to drop off a rental. A young lady took my keys, walked toward the door and continued the lunch conversation. I had to interject again to make sure I was good to go. Just felt like I was interrupting. Called customer service and got more bad service. Smh.

I just don’t like that there’s no parking. You have to park in the adjacent strip mall parking lot. I didn’t have any issues, just doesn’t look safe, and who is liable in the event of an incident!
