well how do I start..i made this reservation in Orillia for a 26 foot truck...then I get a phone call saying it will be in coldwater.......so my daughter went there ...and they said only a truck was booked...absolutely not.....I went to the uhaul on barrie rd in Orillia and the lady said she did not authorize a van...the reservation was in my name and they charged my daughter I don't know how much...it took 6 trips to move almost everyting with your van and another plus my car......I have used you many times to move and I could not believe what happened..my hands are shakin I am so mad I think my daughters card should be reimbursed cause that was the horriblest move ever ever.....I am 70 years old and the stress from this move was horrific...everyone passes the buck..and the lady in Orillia who gave me your phone number for you

Because we got paper work from 43Anne st from the 6th of Sept. we dropped it off in Barrie l have delt with the people in Coldwater before and they are pretty good as a Uhaul dealer that's where we should have been able to pick it up. Very disappointed with Uhaul

Fuel level was not at 7/8, was significantly less than 3/4, therefore when topped up I had to put approx. 25 - 30 litres more than I should have. Approximately $30 worth of fuel. for next customer, tell them to make an issue of fuel deficiency before, and not after

The location was 32 km from my home so a 64km trip. The drop off location is horribly identified. The address given was 3015 Southorn Rd Coldwater. What I found was two chained and locked gates with no entrance instructions and no one in sight. Eventually found out the entrance is off highway 12. Not good. Once I found staff member Brandi she was very helpful. She advised she would look into charges which I found exorbitant but no call back as yet.

Make it known that it is (2 days of use) 48 hr. from pick up to drop off....I would have changed my pick up slot if I had known. A minute over and you have to pay for an extra day.

Staff very pleasant and welcoming. I am angry about a change in drop off location which I didn't receive until 3 hours AFTER I picked up the trailer to another town NOT THE ONE SHOWN IN MY CONTRACT and which put me 45-60 minutes out of my way. On top of that it came in the form of an email stating "per our conversation" which was clearly false as there was no conversation until the complaint phone call initiated by myself after the fact. I am angry with U-Haul the corporation not either individual sites. While it was my decision to accept the change in pickup location, HAD I BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE that neither my pick up location nor my drop off location could be accomodated, I would have rescheduled. When I phoned to complain after finding out about the changed drop off location, I spoke with the U-Haul representative (Corpate not either site) I got no where, and only stonewalled. I am seriously thinking of taking U-Haul to small claims court to cover my time, mileage and inconvenience essentially for breach of contract. Warn the customer in advance and let them make their own decisions. Do not tell them after they are committed and U-Haul gives them no options. Even an apology and small discount could go a long way to appeasing an inconvenienced and ultimately unhappy customer.
