Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMake sure equipement is availible booked a dolly with my truck and it wasnt there when i picked up my truck . Customer service was great and friendly
THOMAS TThe gentleman at the counter was helpful, and tried to renew the contract , as even he was shocked at how expensive it was for the rental. As was I. Pretty disappointed in the who U-Haul experience, the drop off was the most helpful, although as I said previously, I did call to complain about the extra 60 plus dollars I had to pay at drop off. It seems no one cares as I have not heard back from U-Haul.
Carla CI reserved a 10 ft truck at the Pembroke location. I provided all information requested and checked for availabity on the website - a vehicle was available and I reserved it for Saturday morning.(reservation #72103941) Got a call from U-Haul (not the operators in Pembroke) Friday evening saying the RESERVED vehicle was NOT available. No explanation for why! Was told my option for having that vhicle would be to drive to Cobden if I wanted what I had already reserved in Pembroke. Totally messed up what I had arranged with other people helping with the move. The people at the Cobden location were excellent to deal with! In the future, I will look to other options before doing business with U-Haul again. It is surprising how many people I have told about this experience who know others that had this happen to them. My issue is NOT with anyone at the Cobden location, they were excellent. My upset is with how unrelieble the rental reservation system is.
Frank PComputer issues happen and while it was frustrating because I was driving a long distance and on a time schedule everything worked out. I would definitely rent again from UHaul
