The guy at the store was very rude he was on the phone talking. Before I could get out why I was there he had an attitude and than told me I was not at the right location. Not that I couldn't and didn't get it done but I am a woman and he did not offer any assistance just told me to go grab a dolly and that was that. There was no respect given at all from that location. Also the price from what it said online was $40 different from what he said I had to pay in store even though I booked it online

The employee inside the store was weird about me asking for the dolly that was supposed to come with my rental, the location is really suspicious and not well maintained. The vehicle had a check engine light on, the inside was not swept. We got the worst looking truck in the lot that didn't really match up to the current pictures of the truck. So in order to not have to stress about being charged for something I didn't do, I had to spend 15 mins taking pictures to prove the condition of the truck when I picked it up. Not to mention when we went to pick the truck up and I was taking pictures of the condition, I stepped in two huge ant beds which are everywhere on the property! I will not be returning to this location the next time I rent a uhaul truck.
