The truck came in just before i picked it up. the cab was not clean . The back was fine Otherwise 4 stars for the guys st El Cheapo.
JACK PThe truck was nasty inside the cab and the back. Hardly any gas was n the truck. We were told one charge and ended up paying triple. Only had it 12 hes because the guy said it was reserved the next morning. We will never remt feom El Cheapo or recommend it tonanyone else. Very poor andrude customer service also. All of our things are even stinking because if the smell in the truck. Had to clean the teuck before we coukd even put our things in it. Very awful experience!

URVESHKUMAR PHave the vehicle ready at pick up time. Have the vehicle cleaned. The entire experience was awful for pick up. I had to wait 2 hours after my original pick up time and the vehicle looked and smelled disgusting on the inside. Customer service was of very little help. Also the price per mile jumped .30when I was given a discount for the trouble...
