Double charged me. Rep never checked the truck back in so I got charged for a lost truck. Will never use uhaul again and will be sure to not allow anyone i know use Uhaul as well. Youve lost a loyal customer.

The computers were not working at the location I rented from and they had to call the main office and I had to provide my credit card information for the 3rd time in order to get my receipt. That was very uncomfortable and I am concerned that my information had to be provided so many times

It took in excess of 30 mins to get the vehicle because their computer system was down. It took so long she even tried to open the app from her phone.They only had 1 attendant so she asked me to go take pictures of the mileage and fuel gauge. Same problems when I returned the truck. I wont go there again!

This location was in the middle of the hood and the customer service was the same. Not only were were over charged with no explanation for the overages. The gentleman that helped us with the transcation left and the next person had no clue about the procedures, No one checked us out and the foot traffic at this location is the WORST!!! Sorry Uhaul. I will never use you guys again.

The customer service was not acceptable the clerk was very rude to me. She wave her hand at me in a manner that I thought was offensive and the wait time was very long in my opinion. I will not be using that location ever again or maybe even not using Uhaul again.

Provide a more knowledgeable person with better training on UHAUL products and far better customer service skills. However, after my experience using that location I highly doubt that I will ever use that location again.

Educate the gas station on how the u-pick up works. After completing the self pick up process, it took more than thirty minutes before he finally gave me the key to pick up the truck. Am just discovering that I have been charged twice. The first charge is the initial estimate which should have been adjusted to reflect the actual mileage I used in 24 hours. For the other charge, I have no idea.

Dealing with the representatives at the locations was absolutely horrible experience I have ever had with UHAUL. I arrived on time and did the self check in on my cell phone. When I got to the screen here it said show to the rep. and get the keys; first there was no one to be found in the "uhaul" office, then I am yelled at by the gas clerk to not enter theoffice that said "uhaul" and from there he was unbelievably rude. Majority of the time I was trying to have him communicate with customer service he purposely ignored me. I kept giving him my phone to talk to customer service because he neglected the store phone. He took my ID and CC, for what, I do not know and threw it back at me. Then, customer service said they could not rent me another truck or give me my money back for the truck until the following day when I had to be in Rhode Island the next morning. It was a hot mess. My reservation was at 1pm and I did not receive my truck until 430pm. This was such an inconvenience and I had to spend more money on the movers because of the lateness of getting my truck. The truck also had the driver's side handle ducted taped and kept falling off. However, the Area manager was the only great part about this ridiculous experience. He communicated with me, and cut a key for the truck and put gas in it as well. He was amazing and apologetic.

You'all CHARGED ME $14:00 FOR WHAT!!!! I RESERVED THAT TRUCK ONLINE!!!! WAS NEVER ASKED ANYTHING ABOUT INSURANCE!!!! WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK, I QUESTION THE CLERK, THEY SAID YIOU ALL DID IT WHEN YOU PROCCESSED MY RESERVATION!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN'T JUST "TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU JUST "TAKE" MY MONEY AND NOT JUST ASK ME! I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT THATS MY MONEY NOT YOURS. I APPRECIATE YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Young lady let me make reservation day before and was waiting at the vehicle with key and paperwork when I arrived. 5 minutes and I was out. And I was on a tight schedule. Returned vehicle. She inspected it and I was out again in 5 minutes. I will absolutely be coming back.

Contractors should be advised to clean the vehicle once it's in their garage. Contractors should not leave windows and back sliding doors open. Bugs and Rain get into the vehicle.

The staff insisted that we were late returning the truck when the Fredericksburg office specifically told me that we had until 2pm to return the truck. Additionally, we tried to purchase gas from the station and their system was down, so we had to go down the street to another gas station to fill the tank, then they tried to charge us for the extra 2 miles that we drove to get gas. It's not fair to charge us for gas when their gas station was out of order--thats an issue beyond our control.

The worker had her 12 year old son checking me in... it took 3 credit card attempts for him to get it correct. The gas station/worker was rude and unprepared.... would not recommend this place to anyone

This was the worst experience Ive ever had renting a truck. I reserved the location and truck, On March 15. March 22nd my rental location was changed. On March 25 I went to the new site allocated. The lady working this site was unhelpful, rude, and participating in illegal activities. She coundnt find my reservation and I waited for an hour outside of the gas station ( I was the only Uhaul customer). Prior to this I had rented from Uhaull, I will never rent from Uhaul again.

Move the location from gas station. Customer service was unforgivable. One clerk for handling gas transactions, convenient store transactions, as well as, U-Haul transactions. Needless to say, it became messy. 3 different customers canceled reservation. Because price difference between online and actual. ALL customers that canceled has prepaid estimated mileage. U-Haul tried to add more miles than what was contracted online. When I spoke to U-Haul on the phone, I was passed from one customer service rep to another. Meanwhile, I was burning daylight. I wasted 1.5 hours with a transaction that should have been 5 mins. The only improvement would be don't use U-Haul. Bad service. Over-priced.
