I am active duty military. When checking out the truck I was told the military discount would be applied upon return. When returning the truck I was told, by a different attendant, the discount should have been done upon checkout. This is not a uhaul store, but a gas station where the employees were not properly trained. Other than not receiving the military discount the service was fine.

The only time I could talk to the U-Haul representative other than through the bulletproof glass was when I couldn't find the truck because she did not tell me where to look for the numbers on the key.

Don’t know how you can improve without completely closing down. The entire U-Haul location is outdoor and run by the same person responsible for the outdoor convenient store/gas station. First time having to go find the truck I rented; played put the key in and see if it starts.

Very disappointed with uhaul I rented a truck and trailer. There was no one there to show us how to took the trailer up to the truck, so I had to leave and come back with a family member that got off work 5:30 pm pushing my time to late night and early morning to lod the truck....

The tow dolly didn't work for me. I told the guy the type of vehicle that I needed to tow, yet he still rented me one where the ramps were to wide for the vehicle wheelbase. I wasted two plus hours and 59.00. I wont use uhaul again.

I called this location THREE times before someone finally picked up. I was just inquiring about my UHaul truck but it took me 3 phone calls to get through?? This place needs a serious renovation and better customer service representative. This place is a literal gas station which is why I now understand why it took the representative 3 calls to answer. This guy didn't care for our rental or our needs. He didn’t give us a run down of anything for the vehicle. And told us that we HAD to drop off our vehicle in Webster MD which is 2 HOURS away from the location we were headed to. Do not go here unless you love bad customer service.

The employee that checked me in for my pick up charge me for too many miles so I spent more money than I really needed to. I would’ve preferred he enter the amount of mileage that I told him and then paid more if I went over. Instead I payed a large amount at first and now I have to wait for my refund. It was very inconvenient to have used only a quarter of the mileage that I paid for.

I received 10 blankets. The guy at pick up said only 10 blankets. I paid for 12 and requested 12. He said it was wrong. Now I am billed for two because I requested 12 and two were missing?

Clerk reluctant to take into account the fact that I had photographs showing that the amount of fuel marked on the form did not match the picture of the fuel and mileage that I took when I got the car. Overall tone was rude and dismissive as if I’m inconveniencing then for doing their job. Of course the operator of a gas station would require me to refuel the vehicle more than it was when I received it. Threw keys at me and was very rude.
