I do not like that. I gave my credit card in the beginning and when I bought the truck back, they couldn't tell me how much I owed. They said they will bill my credit card and now they have bill my credit card extreme amounts.

Gustavo BFacilities need an overhaul; otherwise, conveniently located. Being a one-man operation, constant interruptions before completing the rental transaction as other customers were serviced first as they approached the counter to purchase items.
CLARANCE JThe trailer was already attached to the u haul truck when I picked it up from Ohio. Once I returned the truck to MD the attendant wanted me to unhook the trailer myself. I had no idea how to do that when I wasn't the one to connect it in the first place.
DESTINY NThe windshield wipers were broken in the truck just so happen it rain after we pick up the truck
RONNICKA MStop scamming! I was charged more than double my contract and I'm going to contest it until it's made right. I have photo and video documentation of when I dropped the vehicle off just in case matters like this occur and thanks God I did!!. I will move forward with pursuing this matter, legally, until corrected. Additionally, I will NEVER rent from here again and I'll ensure my entire social media following doesn't either, and I'll be sure to tell them to repost my experience so we can get the word out. This is a scam and it's a big problem! They have my number!

I rented a U-Haul from a US gas station on on Woodyard Road in Maryland I picked it up Friday November the 16th at 3:46 pm for 2 Days I returned it Saturday November 17th around the same time I asked the gentleman for paperwork he said he couldn't give me any paperwork ,he said the U-Haul company was responsible for the paperwork I would like to know what you are charging to my credit card please, give me a Text or a Gmail to let me know what is being charged to my card please, I need paper paperwork or a bill please. WILLARD AEven thought the truck was an older truck it had no issues and did the job nicely. The customer service was good, they were very courteous and polite.
Clarissa PMy wife and I reserved a vehicle transport trailer for pickup at the US Fuel location on Woodyard Rd in Clinton, MD for 3:15pm on Friday, October 18th. The order was #12339302, it was a last minute reservation, but I arrived at approximately 3:14pm. The gentleman working the store was surprised, but after he figured out what I was talking about he checked the computer and began putting my information into their system. Now, it's about 3:30pm and he asks, what time do, I want to return the trailer. I advised, that I had a 3:15 pm reservation, but since it's already 3:30 and I haven't even gotten the trailer yet, you tell me since it's supposed to be 24hrs from the pickup. He said let's say 5pm, that will give you plenty of time. I told him, that was cool as long as it covered just the one day rental of 24hrs. He said yes, don't worry about. He continued with the paperwork and then came out and told me he had sent my contract to my cellphone. He then took me over to the trailer and told me, this is where it needs to be returned. He told me to go get my truck. As I did so, he began to deal with another customer. I waited on him to return to hook the trailer up to my truck, which he never did. He came out about 10 minutes later and asked if I had hooked it up, in which I told him no, I was waiting for him. He said ok, and walked back into the store. After he did not return, I went to find out what was going on and he was still working with the customer who had come long after me. He asked again if I was hooked up and I said no, I was waiting on him. He said, he didn't know how to hook the trailer up. The other customer ended up coming out and helped me get the trailer connected to my vehicle. Due to all this, it made me late for my 4pm appointment that was only 15 mins away. Now, today, I returned prior to the time told to me by the US Fuel/Uhaul Representative and I get charged for 2 days instead of one day. The same person who I met with yesterday, now told me I was good and to return the vehicle back to where I picked it up from yesterday. I did so unassisted by him, the Uhaul Representative. Afterwards we (my wife & I) returned inside and he walked out and told us that we would only be charged for one day, but as I began to get into my vehicle he stopped me to say, he just saw that Uhaul is charging me for 2 days because it's after 5pm (5:10pm). This time was almost 20 minutes after our initial arrival and meeting with him. Now, he says Uhaul charged me for 2 days and not him. Then he said, I chose the time and he just put it in the system. He can't change what Uhaul charges me. So, it seems that this Representative of Uhaul/US Fuels has NOT Been trained properly and is NOT a good Representative of Uhaul, because we are getting equipment that is subpar, since one of the straps to secure the tires is dry rotted and frayed. When I advised of what I had found last night, he was like, "oh it's okay". Now, I'm not asking for all my money back, but at least the second day, that we should not have been charged for.
CRAIG FComment: First the attendant refused to take the truck and trailer and told me to take it to another location. I pointed out that my reservation drop off was open so I could take it to any location. I finally convinced him to take the equipment. Then I told him I pick up the truck with half tank of fuel and was told to drop it off with at least a half thank of gas which I did. I parked the trailer and truck where he asked me to, he kept my receipt and I left. A few minutes after I left the location, I received a charge on my card from the drop off location for fuel. I went back to the drop off location and questioned why he charged my card for fuel. He said the charge was automatic based on the ending mileage, and that is what he entered into the system. I filed a complaint with U-Haul and hopefully will get a refund.

Trevor MI had a 7 am reservation and when I arrived at 7am, the gas station attendant didn't know anything about renting out the trucks. I had to call U-Haul to get everything settled. I had the truck for exactly 2 hrs and 11 mins but I get a text 4 days later telling me to contact U-Haul again in reference to my overdue rental return. When I turned the key back into a different attendant, I gave her the key and she said "that's it. Thank you" I said "that's it?!?!" And she says yes. It was too non official feeling and now I see why. I will never utilize this location again.
