MARK THE DROP BOXES MORE CLEAR. It was SO HARD to find because it wasn't a bright orange box as pictured... Searched around for 20 min in the parking lot before we finally found the slot for it.
Mark Sims and the team members he has have been nothing less then amazing. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced, along with their friendliness. If I need another U-Haul I will only go to this location. Mark is the best & I am truly glad our paths crossed. Hope we have another opportunity to see each other.
The truck broke down. For 3 hours we had to sit in the rain waiting for a mechanic since we were downtown and the truck was in the middle of a road. Our callas were constantly redirected or put on hold. And while the repair man was super friendly, we were not allowed to get another truck or have the bad one towed away. Customer service at the location was very kind! However corporates process and protocols were extremely inconvenient and disappointing. A 3 hour move ended up taking 7 hours.
figure out why the system has glitches.
I've worked with this location for several moves, for work and home. The team is always really attentive & thoughtful, the facility well maintained, the equipment & suppplies well cared and well stocked. That's why I HAVE recommended it to others many times.
Get a few more qualified people to work.... noticed there is a shortage of employees.. The ones that are there do a great job...ðŸ™‚
Please have better customer service. The people at the Lorain location in Cleveland we're very rude and disrespectful. Insulting my intelligence. This is not how you treat customers!

It would be helpful if, on property, there were signs along the designated route for returned vehicles that point to the Key Drop. It was a few minutes, and after I looked around on foot, before I noticed the Key Drop which is installed in the overhead door which provides access into the building.
A great experience. Staff was friendly, and had me in and out of there quickly on both the pickup and the return.
I did not get the Utility dolly or furniture dolly as requested, I would like a credit pelase, they were not in the truck.
The customer service representative was very professional and fast, I received an email confirmation of the truck being returned. An excellent process.
Friendly and fast return service
Was stranded for 2 hours with truck fully loaded couldn't get it started at all it was the battery terminal needs gone over I had to mess with it I had absolutely no power in the truck
Customer Service was not attentive, they "misplaced" the truck I returned. They tried to charge me for gas even though I returned it with the same gas as it had when I rented it. Go rent from another Uhaul center.
Prices are way to high
When I arrived, I was told to wait until someone came out to help. Twenty minutes later I decided to complete the return online. I went to drop off the key and was told that I needed to return it to a different location. I already completed the online return with pictures,etc. I was again told that they did not have room for the truck and I was responsible for it and needed to get it to another location. I again said that the return was completed online. The reluctantly said to drop the keys in the slot. Poor, just plain poor people skills.
Took forever to get transaction processed. Checked in online and was told that did matter. Guy was rude and argumentative. We use U-Haul frequently this was the worst experience yet.
Everything was excellent up to the point of returning the van. We came back after hours (8:20 pm) on Sunday evening, as we had said we would return it prior to 9:00pm. We tried to check the van in using the link provided. But there was no Internet connection in the parking lotâ€” I tried moving with my phone close to the front door of U-haul. Since we could not check in, we were charged 2 days usage instead of simply 5 hours that we actually were using the van. When I contacted the office and explained the situation, I was told that I will be reimbursed for the charges relative to the second day usage in 4-5 business days. Our experience will extend until we are properly reimbursed. When the Internet access is added and available at your office for check-in service as we expected and as is listed on the contract, our future experiences will be excellent.
Staff were very nice and professional!
I had difficulty making an on-line reservation and ended up driving to the closest U-Haul dealer to rent a trailer after waiting on line to talk to someone. Unfortunately, I had to visit a third location before finding an available trailer. Telephone answering service is poor.
I had checkin in online but it didn't seem to matter because things were not ready for a quick check in. It was a busy Saturday and only two people were working.
