There was a very long wait time when we picked the vehicle up on Sunday afternoon. Even with online check- in. Customer service was Great but there was only one customer representative helping all of the customers by herself. Very nice and helpful lady. She needed a little help for that Sunday rush. Overall it was a good experience!

THIS LOCATION IS IN VERY UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE EMPLOYEES SAID THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEFT FROM CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES AND THEIR OWN TRUCKS THAT ARE LEFT THERE. THEY ALSO STATED THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEFT DUE TO STAFF, AS WELL AS NEIGHBORHOOD THIEVES. EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM AS ALL EMPLOYEES ARE PART TIME EXCEPT FOR MANAGERS. THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT FEAR FOR THE CUSTOMER'S AND THEMSELVES FROM BEING STOLEN FROM. ADDITIONALLY I JUST SAW ON FOX NEWS THAT TWO FOREIGN NATIONALS WERE ARRESTED BY THE FBI FOR RUNNING A MAJOR CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCHEME WORTH MILLIONS OF STOLEN MERCHANDISE. THIS RING WAS OPERATING OUT OF A STORAGE UNIT IN THIS LOCATION. BLEW ME AWAY WHEN I SAW THE REPORT THE SAME DAY I RENTED MY TRUCK. JUST BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS THERE AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE THERE UNATTENDED.

IT was a TERRIBLE experience. I rented the truck & drove to my destination to unload my moving truck (just moved here from Miami), just to find out the back of the truck was frozen shut. After trying to pry it open in the 10 degree weather, I called the uhaul office to see what do they do in situations like this...they told me to hit it with a hammer or pour hot water on it. I had neither. I googled the closest uhaul location & they pryed it open for me & they cleaned the wind shields off better & said they don’t understand how the truck was rented to me with all that ice on the windshield & a door that’s frozen shut. I agree.

Everything was great! Much better experience at this location, being an actual uhaul facility, as opposed to the random lots/gas stations you can sometimes rent from. The truck I had reserved in advance online was undergoing a routine maintenance check-up when I arrived, so the woman at the front desk easily updated my reservation for a truck that had just finished being checked. The back of the truck had even just been washed and cleaned! When the starting gas meter showed a slight discrepancy with the paperwork, they were also very good about updating the paperwork to reflect the actual status. Overall, so friendly and so helpful! Will use this location again!

All of the employees at this location were very helpful and pleasant to talk to....I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who may need storage or a U-Haul rental. The left rear driver side tires were bald ...the mgr told me that the tires were .25 well point 25 is not how tires are measured they are measured in 32nds and .25 is 8\32 new tires are 10/32 there is no way that tire had 8/32 of tread depth ..i have pictures ...i shoveled my driveway and laid rocksalt and was not able to get truck in driveway which in turn took me longer to move

Angel Garcia was great. Minor complaints: 1. There was a dolly left in the back of the truck that we didn't want, didn't need, didn't use, got in the way. 2. Wasn't aware of the $1 environment fee. Again - consider these as minor - just providing feedback since you asked for it.

I scheduled my pick up at a nearby Uhaul, however when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, the place was closed. When I called Uhaul, I was told my reservation was moved to a further away location. When I arrived at the new vehicle pick up location, I asked if I could be credited for the extra mileage and was told no. Seems unfair I had to pay for the inconvenience,

Agent outside gave a price of $44. Went inside to pay cash and was told it was $51. When we objected to different prices, agent behind desk said she would just charge card on file. We wanted to pay cash. We wanted to pay price given originally. Very poor cust service. Wont use U Haul again.

My unit stayed infested with roaches. When I complained about it I was called a liar by the store manager. Called regional manager and he said that I could move my stuff free of charge. They let me move 2 loads and when I went back for my final load they said I needed to pay the bill. When I told them what the regional manager said they said he didn't tell them that so I can't get my stuff out. I will be seeking legal representation and I will be suing U-Haul
