The vehicle was not very clean inside or out. The drop off location I was given did not allow drop off of auto-transports which was NOT communicated with me until I had arrived! This was after a drive across country in 4.5 days. This was not acceptable and the person in Clermont that I spoke with on the phone said that it wasn’t their fault and the person in Forest Grove was “pulling one over” on me. Totally unacceptable and that conversation not involve any type of apology or effort to fix the situation. I am disappointed and disgusted by the attitude of the guy in Clermont that I spoke with!

Truck was given with less gas, and some scratches and dents he place some stickers on them and said they will see it and know I said ok still took pictures, and still mention it to the clerk he said take a picture show it at the other location.

Set up a time and date to get the truck day in advance on the internet. Was called when I was pulling into the place I booked the truck the following day and told they didn’t have a truck so was sent to another place. I called the place to get directions the guy that answered the phone didn’t speak English and told me another ph# to call since he didn’t speak English. When I arrived the same guy was there and said he did t speak much English. When inspecting the truck they had no blankets. Should have been 12 that was paid for. I was trying to explain and show him I paid for 12 blankets. He said he didn’t understand and didn’t speak English. After 30 min of trying to explain I finally gave up and told him I needed to just cancel. He still did t understand and had to call someone. I then called the uhaul main number. I explained to the man what was happening he asked to speak to the gentleman so he could do a refund. He told him he didn’t understand him either and couldnt explain how to do the refund to him due to the language translation. So the associate on the phone took care of it did the refund and found me a new truck He saves the day. But the original way it started from calling me the hour I was to get the truck saying didn’t have it to the next one being really bad to no English that one was really bad. I e never complained before but this all took the cake.

I just had to call Uhaul about the charges on my account. I rented a trailer from the Clermont location on 6/1/19 for a few hours, and when I returned it was told it would be checked in and I would get an email. Instead I got a charge on my bank account for the wrong amount. When I called I was told that someone forgot to check it in. Had I not called I have a feeling that it would remain out and I would have been charged the wrong amount, for a much longer period of time than what I actually had it for. The trailer should have been checked in immediately upon me returning it to their location; not 3 days later. Additionally, the door on the trailer was very hard to open, and is in need of some maintenance to loosen up the door so that it opens more easily.

Our 28 ft truck was not returned on time for our rental and Bufford checked everywhere to get us anything comparable and he got us a smaller one that would have worked. Just before paying another customer was about to return a 26ft truck and he immediately changed our rental to that truck...Thank you Bufford!

Truck was completely covered with love bugs. Windshield was a mess along with the whole front of the truck and mirrors. Would just expected better customer service as far as taking care of there equipment.
