The dolly was not post tripped or pre-tripped, lights did not work. And 2 service calls did not fix the lights, I had to after 2nd repair guys rivets fell out. Almost got us killed in Atlanta traffic. I want this rental refunded.

I experienced zero problems. Staff was fast and friendly. Truck was clean and well functioning, including engine performance, brakes, and air conditioning. My experience was beyond expectations. I was unaware of weekend mileage rates. When I booked the truck, I assumed the rates were the same.

I lived right beside the UHaul on W Hillsborough but had to drive miles out of my way to get my truck. There were 15' trucks sitting at the W Hillsborough site all day. This was very inconvenient for me. I may change who I use for my next move. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Unit unit The original reservation was for a 17 foot truck, the truck wouldn’t start. So they gave me a dirty truck and the paper work was 3/8 of a tank which wasn’t true because when I checked it before I drove off I noticed it was just a little over 1/4 of a tank. But no one was around to verify so I drove away on my return I drove 24 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in the tank and then got over charged bea cause the read the gas gauge at a different angle and it looked like only a little over 1/4 of a tank, this was a terrible trip. And I should get refunded or discounted not have extra charges added because they had horrible trucks and equipment .

The air conditioning in this truck barely worked. The outside mirrors were so loose that once you set them and drove the truck over 40 mph the mirrors moved out of place and I couldn't see anything on either side of the truck.

When I went to pick up the trailer the contracting to forever. Guy was newer and originally tried to charge me two days when I only wanted one day. We go and hook up to a trailer after spending 10 minutes to hook up, the lights on the trailer did not work. We had to swap trailers and take another ten minutes to hook up. Extremely rude customer service from the "manager" Mike. I understand that a company needs to make money. Being in sales and commission based I complete understand. But trying to make all of your money off of one customer is unethical. I understand that I was late on returning my rental but great customer service would be returning the extra DAY rental when I turned it in at the end of business. Turning was 1pm and I turned it in after the facility closed (6pm). In this short window there is absolutely no opportunity costs lost. I would not recommend this location to anyone that needs a trailer. I believe in karma and what goes around comes around. Word of mouth advertising can make or break a business. and them being affiliate with Uhaul would come as a concern as a business manager. Are they the best representation? Are they following Uhauls code of ethics and customer service? Highly unsatisfied.

Firstly had to drive 1hour in heavy traffic from my requested pick up location. I was told this was the nearest vehicle available? What's the point in having a requested pick up location. I was not given a walk around to see if there was any previous damage, iwas just told its over there, The outside was clean with no damage, the inside was filthy, empty soda cans, chip wrappers etc. One of the employees stood and watched me clean it out ( he was on a smoke break.) vehicle was OK, customer service non existent.

Setting up my reservation was easy, Donte was very helpful. When I picked up the trailer Michael helped with connecting it and getting me on the road without delay. I drove 900 miles up to Ohio and the trailer performed perfectly. We went through several rainstorms and had no leaks!
