The Clay center location was very good to deal with however my overall experience was not good. My trailer was at a location over 50 miles away. Not at all convenient.

Anita BI was supposedly 8 gallons short on gas when I returned my truck. Cost me an extra unexpected $45. I’d like to know how you determine the amount of gas it was short and price of gas. The truck wasn’t moved from the time I dropped it off to going back the next morning and discuss my issue. That was a wasted trip too. The receptionist couldn’t answer any of my questions. Told me all they do is pickup and drop off trucks. If I have to use a moving truck again it won’t be through this company again. I spend almost $2k on a truck and they want to be knit picky about 8 gallons of gas. I don’t even know how to read the measurement that they give me.
