I appreciate the staff calling me back, confirming my truck was there. I drove 4 hours the previous week and when I got the Oak Grove location there was no truck.
Thomas BTruck was dirty. Animal in the cab, chewing tobaco spit on the steering wheel and the cargo area was not swept out. I needed 12 blankets and there were none. I did not want a dolly but one was added to my order. I had to go to another location to get blankets. That location was told about the steering wheel (which they cleaned) and the animal hair.

Jerome HIf the location says a truck is there then should be there but the location I put the first time called me and said they had 2 trucks my size so idk what the problem was there
