The location itself seems to be in a cellular dead zone. Uploading the photos during pickup was essentially impossible. The staff member present was polite and helpful. As far as the trailer goes, one of the wheel straps was cut short, which wasn't annotated and I didn't notice until I loaded the vehicle. The Drivers side strap had plenty of length to secure the tire, but the passenger side was too short to even fit into the locking mechanism, so I had to purchase a strap out of my own pocket, at significant personal inconvenience to safely transport my load. Again, I had zero issues with the staff, but the equipment provided was sub par at best.

Apollo LLocation tried to close early lists 5:30pm as closing but when I got there at 5:05pm they acted like they did me a favor. Then charged me for an extra day rental
