Unfriendly unhelpful woman at the front desk. Told me if I didn't like it I could take my business elsewhere! Then handed me back my credit card and ID . I should have left and ran to Runway storage instead as Paul is always warm and welcoming. Paul used to be at storage sense the place has gone down hill since he changed locations. Storage sense is not a good place for uhaul anymore unless they change their attitudes towards customers.

The whole process was quick and efficient. Especially the after hours pick up. Having a system in place to take pictures of the truck was great.

ALEJANDRO GLove everything about this location, they are my go-to Uhaul rental location, I rent trucks a couple of times per month and love using them. The Mobile pick up hasn't failed me yet. but i love going inside and counter pick up with the friendly staff. 5 stars across the board.

Absolutely no customer service and the truck was cleaned and full gas tank. I swear people like this make it hard to do basic things!!
