Easy access for after hours pick up. Great truck for a one-way rental.
Thomas CTruck had ants in the dash and the door was extremely hard to open and close. The moving help was a total ripoff. Beyond what I paid through U-Haul, they charged me an additional $500 for help that was nearly worthless. The first two guys were lazy, didn't get much done, and left early. Two different guys showed up latter and helped get the truck loaded, however, it was loaded poorly and when I arrived at my destination , most of the stacked boxes had fallen over creating a lot of difficulty getting the truck empty.
Henry HTruck was very helpful. There is s vacuum leak on the ac, when you go up a hill, it stops blowing out of the vents and blows out of the defrost. Thank you for the mobile pickup and drop off.

I also called to insure I did things correctly. The agent, Mrs Hamby was very kind and knowledgeable about the procedure and your products.
