The EZ storage place had the wrong code on the access page. Tried for an hour to get in at the 7pm time I reserved… code did not work. Called the place but no answer. Called UHaul 800 number they tried to walk me through getting in… but facility gave wrong code. Faculty said opens at 8am. Got dropped of nl t uber at 830 next morning . 12 hours behind schedule already… gate code still null, and no one at facility . Left message every 15 minutes until 11am. Called U-Haul back… they tried and tried to get someone and eventually got a regional on them line. Ended up giving me a code and 30 seconds later was I the road 15 hours behind my schedule. Just bad communication by the local supplier. Not U-Haul

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen I tried to return the rental, the gate was locked, the location was unmanned and I had no way to enter. I made several calls and was only able to leave a voicemail. The message stated that no one manned this location Monday-Saturday. I had no code to enter the facility and had to wait until a customer was leaving to enter the gate. I then had to wait again for someone to let me out. This was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had when renting a truck. After reading reviews of the site I learned that what I experienced was a regular thing for people. This location should be closed. They clearly don’t give a shit whether or not U-Haul renters are serviced properly for the money they spend.
James GIt was supposed to be 24hr drop off but there was a locked gate. We tried calling but no one answered. Uhaul support was not helpful. We were only able to complete the drop off after waiting almost 30 minutes when a client came through and let us in and out with their code for the gate.
