Be honest in providing policy and procedures. Extend the same service level to all customers despite sex, age, occupation or race. I dealt with this location a few years ago and had horrendous service, was overcharged and lied to about the reasoning. Several attempts had been made to work with the location however she has no pause to her disgusting demeanor. Working with corporate I was able to come to an agreement and decided to never deal with this location again. Unfortunately a family member ended up needing a truck and rented from this location. They shared with me a exact replica of the experience I had about a year earlier! I immediately went to the location on behalf of my family member and received the same nasty treatment from the same nasty woman. I left and spoke with corporate who advised that she was absolutely dishonest and made notes on the account as to how the situation should be handled. When the truck was returned she did exactly what told not to do. Corporate was contacted and it was corrected. Extremely dishonest business practices at this location.

It wasn’t this places fault but the Uhaul scheduler messed up the pickup time. I have a problem with Uhaul and not the pickup spot. The communication is really bad from Uhaul to their pickup spots. I would never use Uhaul again. This is the third time Ive had a problem with the company. You get what you pay for.

Our biggest issues were not with the location, but that the truck smelled like smoke and that the website was not developed very carefully. There were multiple issues with the site from start to finish, like a date box I filled in on my mobile device that kept getting erased when I submited the form, a grayed out pick up truck button despite our being there within the correct time range, redirecting to pages that didn't match the text of a link clicked, and other similar issues. I needed to call in to get around website issues that never should have been. I'd DEFINITELY put more resources into your development department.

I have no problem with the facility I rented from but everyone I went to unload there was something stuck due to the shift from movement - there needs to be something that stops that or a lower hitch - it caused me extra time for every load - 9 loads - next time u won't rent a pull along - I'm sure others have this problem too

I rented using my iphone to check the truck out and back in. All check in was done at the truck except for one little hitch: I was told the lock box for the key was to the right of the door. I searched all over that truck for a lock box to obtain the key. I contacted U-Haul which gave me an emergency # to call. I did. No answer. Left a message. Never returned. U-Haul site suggested I come back the next morning to talk to a real person to resolve the issue. That would have screwed my college son's check in terribly! Fortunately, I thought perhaps the lock box wasn't on the truck but on the wall by the office front door (100 yards away). Yes, there was a box there. Clearer instructions would have been key (no pun intended). "Right of OFFICE door."
