Josh is clerk in store he need to come outside with customer and explain what he marks on the contract to show gas line. And if line he circle on your contract is a not actual line on gas meter so if you go by what he has marked on the sheet. He will charge for additional gas. I feel like he took advantage of us. We only went 27miles and I put gas back in van to the line he circle. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

Your customer service was horrible. The place where I picked up was fine. My reservation was screwed up three time in 4 days and I was moved to two different locations. To screw up reservation and run me around was completley unprofessional. Won't be using you again. And I have rented from you over 15 times in past 5 years

This was the second location for our rental. The original reservation was for 7:30 AM on 5/10/2018 at the Tricounty Uhaul on 11880 READING RD, CINCINNATI,OH 45241,(513) 563-8000. They did not have the truck. Then we were sent to Jen's Furniture for the truck at 9:30 AM. We were told by Mark at the Tricounty Uhaul that we would receive the $50 guarantee because they did not have the truck. We got to Jen's, and fille out paperwork. The truck had a Check Engine light on, which she said was due to a needed oil change. It also was not quite 1/4 full of gas as stated omn the contract. When I called Jen's today for help to resolve the issue, they were rude to me.

Had a problem with the first trailer, couldn't lock it on the trailer ball, and without hesitation, gave me another trailer. I was very lucky they had two trailers and that they were so flexible.

Gentleman managing the location was great, however, self check-in was not possible (as indicated online), so I had to wait 30 minutes for the location to open. Also, there were very limited moving supplies available.

I will never rent from U-Haul again. I was charged $25 for returning an empty U-Haul. I've sent multiple messages disputing this charge and have no idea why I was charged this fee. gfpotts@yahoo.com

Driver's side door seal is shot. When travelling on the highway, the sound of the wind blasting through the door is deafening. Lock on trailer door needs to be lubricated.

I was charged $26/- for help on loading my car on the tow dolly. This is the first time at Uhaul in my life of using U-Haul for past several years that was charged. Also the guy who helped was rude. Never book at this location any time.

I did not get the size of truck I need was give larger truck which cost more in fuel which cost me to go over budget. Truck also seemed to be running ruff like it needed a tune up. Truck had dirt on the cabin floors. Customer service was very good at both locations.

I came late for the self pickup and the link to start the self checkout did not work since it expired. I did not know this would happen if I came late. I wasted an hour changing it to pickup the truck. Please make that known.
