I have no problem with the facility I rented from but everyone I went to unload there was something stuck due to the shift from movement - there needs to be something that stops that or a lower hitch - it caused me extra time for every load - 9 loads - next time u won't rent a pull along - I'm sure others have this problem too

I rented using my iphone to check the truck out and back in. All check in was done at the truck except for one little hitch: I was told the lock box for the key was to the right of the door. I searched all over that truck for a lock box to obtain the key. I contacted U-Haul which gave me an emergency # to call. I did. No answer. Left a message. Never returned. U-Haul site suggested I come back the next morning to talk to a real person to resolve the issue. That would have screwed my college son's check in terribly! Fortunately, I thought perhaps the lock box wasn't on the truck but on the wall by the office front door (100 yards away). Yes, there was a box there. Clearer instructions would have been key (no pun intended). "Right of OFFICE door."

We were told that we’d have the truck till 3:00. Then suddenly it was 2:30. Then we get a call at 2:00. When we weren’t there by 2pm I received a call and the man was very rude and I was told there would be an additional 50.00 charge. I was very dissatisfied with this location and I would never use them again.

Clean your trucks so others don't have to find things after they are done cleaning the truck, and have to worry about if they would of gotten pulled over, because if I would had to explain why the pill bottles in a bag under the middle seat are not mine and also why there was a dirty needle in the floor board behind the drivers seat. My fiancee was with me and is on parole he would of went back to prison. I returned the medicine to the woman it belong to which is something the dealer should of done, she informed me that she was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee for cleaning out the truck. If that was the case why was there a dirty needle and some ladies pills still doing in the truck. Doesn't make any sense, I should at least get the Uhaul at half the price they want for it. If not I'll dispute the charge and say I was charged to much and that it's not right for this to happen. If I have to I'll also go to small claims court about it. I suggest Jen's Furniture should not be allowed to be an authorized dealer for Uhaul anymore, they are unprofessional and blame everything on the customer.

Upon returning the Van, I witness an employee ball up a contract and throw it at (Daniele Griffin) 513-878-5127 young lady who was asking questions, this could gotten way out of hand, if i had not intervened, This employee actually told the customer, she didn't have common sense. I have encourage people not to do business with this location on face book. Their license needs to be revoked. Police was called to investigate. I have to say this, the younger officer felt like it was a waste of his time. Of course he was white from the city of Reading, and she is a young black intelligent female. That just took back before Jim Crow, This is 2018 and their are some people who just don't get it.

The trailer had faulty wiring (which I found out by checking the lights...). No help to hook it up. They were no help on offering solutions - had to go to the Sharonville site to finally get some help ... then to Colerain to get a trailer. Poor guy there was all by himself and way too busy. The guys at Sharonville saved the day...

The truck, itself, smelled of ciagrette smoke and definitely had some grime and grease in the cup holders. However, the customer service was wonderful and everything went smoothly. I would use their services again solely for the simplicity and reliability of the company.

The respresentitive that rented me a truck neglected to tell me that blankets I asked for were for rental purposes and not to keep. He called me to charge me an outrageous amount of money for 24 blankets I moved my stuff into a storage unit and can’t bring the blankets back until next week please rectify this matter call me

The experience I had with the location was excellent but the services I received with the u-haul company in general was terrible my reservation was changed 3 times for pick up location, size truck I had to change my pick up time to accommodate my helpers. I made my reservation at least 2 weeks in advanced and was very disappointed with my service.

The truck had some dents and scratches but the agent was more than willing to inspect and insure that we would not be charged for them. The neighborhood where we picked up the truck was unsettling to say the least.
