The vehicle was in good condition but not quite clean. Didn’t seem as though he been cleaned in a while. Windows were dirty with some dried mud in the cargo section. I returned it cleaner than when I picked it up. I should’ve received an email with my final bill but still have not received it. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.

Super friendly and professional staff. Explained the process in full. Without having a reservation, I was still out the door with my rental truck keys in hand in under ten minutes! Great location close to a gas station and the highway, as well as a huge parking lot that provided me an opportunity to get acclimated to the truck's acceleration and braking systems before getting on a main road! I couldn't ask for a better experience, from the equipment or the staff!

I was able to get a truck on very short notice and the customer service was great.

This location and the employees I met with were awesome. All of the other U-Haul locations i went to that day I was not treated well and/or told they couldn’t help me. That means that bramble towing, life storage, and one other besides citadel had bad service. The only reason I was able to complete my move was because of two employees who took the extra two minutes to help me fix a reservation problem and to work with me. I will only be using them in the area from now on.

Double checking that there is a zip tie on the dolly in the truck so the customer does not risk getting unnecessarily charged for that.

The drop-off location was changed while I was on the road. I didn’t know about it, so I had to call customer service in order to drop it off at my original location. Again, this is a customer-hostile thing to do.

The location I picked up my rental was clean and easy to find. However, I was very disappointed I could not pick up my rental at the location I chose 20 miles north of this one!

My truck was not clean. I was told it was at 5/8ths of a tank and brought it back at that. I was then told that they told me incorrectly that morning. It was fraud and a major problem

I received an invoice with incorrect time of rental. The invoice indicated that the rental time was 1:27p - 9:14am. The actual time was 2:30pm - 8:30pm. We downloaded the app to return the trailer, but it would not work to time stamp the return. We then called U-Haul and asked that a note be placed in our record that we returned it at 8:30pm. I now called customer services: reference # 1892942 and was told that it would be corrected within 72 hours.

The drop off location was not opened over the weekend. Tried to drop off the key 3 times before someone was at location. Then U-Haul sends an email stating the truck was not returned. I phoned U-Haul 3 times in one day-the first two times I was told to talk to district manager Steve from Cincinnati, Ohio who I left a message for. I never heard back from Steve. Finally the 3rd time I called the agent found out that they had record of the return. But if I did not call the 3rd time I would have never found out. Bad service from U-Haul this time.
