One person was there and did not help at all, he wound up leaving in the middle of us trying to figure out how to get the keys. We had to call the help desk to figure out the lock box situation.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location has no parking lot and the only hint that I had to park in the street across the KAG sign - was another 2 Uhaul trucks parking on that street. At 08:30 AM there was nobody in the KAG office (the message I received the day before stated that the Kag would be open from 08:00). I called U-Haul as I had trouble with the return App and they were helpful at this point.
Adi PEven though there was somebody at the site, I ended up using the online do it yourself drop off-not really even sure if the individual worked for U-Haul was a little concerning that I was dropping off the equipment in an area of town that was questionable. Took a ton of pictures to prove that I turned the unit in and ultimately was given the receipt that the unit was returned.
Brian VNever met or saw anyone. It was a smooth drop off , although I expected to enter pictures like the ones taken at pickup
Stephen FLeft the vehicle in the street in a shady neighborhood. Didn't feel comfortable doing that but didn't really have a choice. Fortunately there were a couple other vehicles lined up in road already. Not a typical U Haul drop off where there's a yard safely off the street. The UHaul app is pretty good though to walk you thru the process of returning the truck. This was an after hours drop off so no one was present.
