Came in to rent a 5x9 trailer with ramp, went to hook up to my vehicle, employee noticed wires were ripped off trailer. Now is not a good time to find this out!! But, I will say, the situation was made right. Got another trailer that worked for me at a discount. Overall, great experience.

First of all, I was sick the whole time from the rubber mat smell all the way to Boston. Actually had to stop for fresh air. Secondly, no where could I find what type of gas to put in the vehicle. Other than that, everything was OK>

Have the trucks that people order. There was three people that didn’t get the trucks that they order. The guy working was helpful but he didn’t have the trucks to give to people.

The trailer I picked up was wet inside I left without noticing when I came back at to Swap trailers it cost me 4 hours worth of loading time and had to stop because of the rain I should have been compensated one day rental

The general manager was terribly rude. I was misquoted for mileage and when I said something about this, she became very rude and curt. She basically told me that miscommunication is not her problem and that neither she, nor anyone else at uhaul would honor the quote I was given. I told her that it specifically stated that the calls are recorded and that I wanted that call to be saved and reviewed to show that I was given the wrong price. She simply told me to call 1800uhaul (??!!). I will never go back to this location, if I even decide to use uhaul in the future, which at this point does not seem very likely.

I made reservations for a dolly for my move. I get there they say it's not in the reservation and they refused me one saying they had no more. That's why we called and asked for one, this caused us much stress throughout our moved and caused it to take double the time. Not happy

It is really important for a business like this if a customer does a reservation and it's confirmed...have what the customer needs when customer goes to pick it up... I made a reservation 2 weeks before for moving and when I went to U Haul Boston Rd Springfield MA they didn't have the truck available the employee (Daniel) told me the trucks were out and they should have be at the store as soon possible he didn't do anything to look other possibilities in other stores and made me wait till 12 pm when I personally decided call again and another employee (Josh) helped me finding another truck at Chicopee facility. Guys at Chicopee Uhaul were so attentive and went far and beyond .

Helper was great but he was understaffed I had to wait waaaay too long Cannot talk direct to center had a call center try and help me Blew it completly Had a trailer eserved in Northampton Mass was not notified no trailer there until too late POOR service After I left off trailer, I got a call asking when I was going to drop off trailor laughed as I did 12 hours earlier !!! Then I asked for him to call me confirming that My bill was submitted and was not charged more, No call back Joke!

I had a reservation for a 26 foot box truck from 5 PM to 5 PM the next day 24 hours never got an email stating they were only let me have it for 12 hours which did me no good on reserving it I was told 24 hours then they offer me a 15 foot trailer which I would had to use three or four trips would not work with me with the mileage told me I was just responsible for all mileage

Was promised one thing by employee I rented from....... then manager I returned to said she "wasn't gonna do that" and that I was "very late" with return even though I was told as long as I returned before 2:00pm, that it would be fine the day before. Manager I returned to was unfriendly, no customer service skills, treated me with contempt and condemnation. Very disappointing experience and I have decided to look around for another place to rent from as a result........ so I will hopefully, not be back to be abused and lied to any more.
