I waited for 20 minutes in the drop off area for a rep to come so I could return the truck. An employee saw me waiting, did not alert her co worker and even started with another customer. I finally went inside and found a second worker not helping a customer. He dis help me and was friendly but took the time to get the truck ready for re-rent while I waited. That could have waited till he finished checking me out.

This was a perfect experience. I would rent from Uhaul again. I was surprised at how lean the vehicle was. Drop off took me a couple of minutes to get but once I did it was smooth. Nice Job.

Get your computer reservation system in better concert with your in-person / in-store location. For example, I reserved online (and was approved for) a 10' truck ready for a 7:30am pickup at your Holyoke, MA location. I got a call saying that the computers, "don't always account for actual availability of trucks (even though they did, just at a much slower lag time). I was pushed to an 11am pickup at Chicopee, which was further than my first location. I think you guys are a great resource, and this change could earn you more stars in my next rating for sure.

Communicate with your customers My truck was supposed to be 17 ft but got a 15 ft truck because they couldn’t find the keys to the 17 footer. They didn’t tell me this, I found out when I went to get into the truck. The difference caused me to have to make 2 trips, which cost me more in mileage. They also told me I had until 2:00 to bring the truck back. I brought it back at 10 and was told I was late. The truck was due back at 7:00. They didn’t charge me but when I told them what I was as told, they suggested I read the contract before signing. Who has time to double check their work? Not me. They were nice but it was a sh#t show

I would reccomend Uhaul to anyone that is moving, these guys were great and made renting the Uhaul trucks very easy and the process was very smooth, they went out of their way to find an extra truck to rent on the same day. We are very happy with the Uhaul team.

had a pickup time of 215pm. got to uhaul about 205pm. There was only 1 person working at the counter. I had to wait about 45 minutes to be waited on. Poor service

I reserved a 20 foot truck for my move and was given a 10 foot truck and told there were no other trucks available within a 40 mile radius the day of my move. I was unable to complete my move as planned due to the size difference and when I contacted customer service I was told I would be able to keep the truck for an extra day at no charge. I was charged for the extra day due to miscommunication on u-hauls end. I then contacted customer service to report this and was told I would receive a full refund and to expect it within 8 days (reference number 1898362). When I did not receive this refund, I contacted customer service again and was told whoever I spoke with may have promised a refund, but their supervisor can decline that promise. I then contacted the location I returned the truck to as customer service told me to do and whoever I spoke with there told me customer service likely made that refund promise to get me off the phone. I have been given a complete run around for over a month and have had to call U-Haul FAR too many times to have this resolved. This has been a TERRIBLE experience and I want my refund immediately or will be requesting the recordings of my phone calls and contacting the BBB. U-Haul has not kept their promise to me, as their recording states.

Called up to reserve a truck with no problems. Had to extend rental for a day with no problems. The location was the best and they have the vehicles for anything that you would need. The people was friendly and no problems during the return.

I’ve already contact my lawyer regarding what happened during my rental and will be filing a claim. The store did no help to me and wouldnt let me talk to a manager after they poorly hooked a trailer to my car
