I was supposed to check in with the app, which i did start. More education is needed for customers that choose the 24/7 option. My thing is if it's 24/7, how can someone rent during off hours with the app when the keys aren't accessable to the customer? The app check-in is useless if I still have to go inside. It didn't make things faster, it made it take longer.

I had an appointment at 11am. I showed up at 11:05am. There were only two customers in front of me. I waited until 11:45 to get a truck. They need more staff at this location. I shouldn't had to wait so long especially with a reservation.

I can't think of anything Mr. Justin Slay was very, very helpful. He was also very knowledgable about His work. The gentleman that helped me get the truck was also very helpful and very knowledgeable. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. It was THIS gentleman who I finished the rental deal and I drove the truck out. He was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Other customers came into your establishment, so he was helping them while helping me at the same time. VERY, VERY SMOOTH AND VERY, VERY IMPRESSIVE !!!! Keep up the good work you guys !!!!

I had contact the corporation to request to have each month that a staff member to contact me when every they was able to enter my unit 104A to exterminate inorder to provent the rats from running among my items. On January 8,2019 after moving out my items I had obsevered and had taken pictures of rats feces all among my items. A female Manager name unknown which didnt have a name tag on walk by me as she was directing a group of people who was buying storge units by accution ignored my complaints about what I had observerd and continue on with her accution sale. there where staff members which was standing by looking confused then went to the unit and also took pictures. Mr.Justine after hearing my concerns had the aduadty to state that they didnt have the time to call me and made it my fault.I enter The Uhaul each month to pay my balance for renting my unit and also provide days which I was off from work to come to aloud access to 104a . I will go to make a consumer complaint at Attorney Lisa Madigan office As soon as possible.

The customer service training is greatly needed. I had to wait 30 minutes to return my vehicle. I was the only person returning and the agents were extremely slow. They were not busy or crowded. There was little concern for the customers time.

We didn’t get everything that was ordered. We stayed in line forever. And the young lady laying her head down while servicing us. There was no dollies and no furniture covers. We were on a limited time. To move . Very poor service

If you are running late and need to punch back your pick up time. They will allow it. Just call ahead of time. And there no extra charge.

The UHAUL need to have more truck on handy so you could get a time you will be satisfied with instead of waiting on someone to bring a truck back to rent.other then that it was ok.
