The employees working that day were awesome. They made sure I was taken care of and were able to adjust the trailor to my needs.
Ensure that when a reservation is made they have the vehicle that has been reserved, and not force a customer to have to rent a smaller vehicle and more expensive option. Seems to me that this may be a common and deceptive practice by UHaul.
I liked the online check-in service but it wasn't â€œout the door in 2 minutesâ€ either. But less involved at the counter overall.

When someone makes a reservation, make sure they can actually receive the truck. Especially if they pre paid and checked in. My first reservation (25588770) was an utter disaster. It was originally rescheduled an hour later to a place a little farther away. No problem. After doing the online check-in and payment the night before, I went to the pick up location and they didn't have the truck. Asked the owner if it should be here soon, he said he had no idea. Asked him where could I go to get one, no clue. Called another local Uhaul location and asked assistance. Helped me find another truck reservation at another location. Told me I couldn't just use that reservation, I'd have to make a new one. But when asked how I can receive refund for first reservation that I did not receive service from, she became rude and unhelpful saying uhaul couldn't do anything about it because it's not their location. Ridiculous. The original owner of the shop I was supposed to pick up from also didn't cancel my reservation like I asked and I was charged for that reservation too. Unbelievable. Really disappointed in how this was handled. No way I'll be using Uhaul again if I can't receive the truck I reserved 2 prior to the actual move date. What a joke. On top of it, just unhelpful service all-around and I was made to be really inconvenienced by mistakes that your company made without any even half-asses attempt to resolve the issue. There's just no excuse for that
