The young lady was nice and pleasant but the gentleman was very rude and non responsive, he was very rude. He had poor customer service and got smart with me when I asked about my receipt.

I think this location is a very professional site. You can check out and do everything online to minimize your checkout time at the counter. Everything is clean and in order. My truck was clean, waiting for me and in excellent working order. The employees are professional polite and courteous.
Nothing great job
We thought we were picking it up where we ordered it, 95 in Hickory Hills. The chicago pick up put it over our miles. They let us know where to pick up in Chicago 2 hours before we were to pick up.
The place and vehicle was clean and well kept. The young lady that helped us very courteous and pleasant. Great overall experience.

My towe dolly wasn't hooked up properly. I could have been killed or other over the road drivers had my car came off the dolly. I have pictures of how my car shifted on the dolly in the process of transport.
I reserved equipment 2 weeks in advance to be picked up at a location just a mile away from my house. THE DAY BEFORE I MOVED I was told I would need to pickup the truck from a location 16 miles away - ok, not so bad right? I asked for additional mileage on my reservation, which I was told had been added. When I left the next morning, I found that the location was actually 30 MILES AWAY, meaning I had to spend more time getting to/from my destination as well as a spending a significant amount more money in gas for my own car and the truck. When I arrived at the Chicago location, I wanted to confirm that mileage had been added to my reservation and that there wouldn't be extra charges - it turns out this had not been done. The customer representative informed me that I would have been charged had I not mentioned this. She was very helpful and added the mileage to my reservation at no charge. What can you do to improve? If I book a reservation 2 weeks in advance, confirm the location pickup/dropoff sooner instead of waiting til the day before the move. Also, update reservations as discussed with customers. I feel that I should have received a partial refund due to these inconveniences and additional costs, but none was ever offered nor did anybody apologize for the issues.

Office personal had bad attitudes. They don't greet you when you walk in and they try to make overcharge you. Make sure you check the odometer and gas tank before leaving and take pictures or else they will over charge charge.
The representative was very knowledgeable and I truly appreciated his professionalism and candor in answering my questions. I can't recall his name exactly but I think it was Quimlan or something like that. I'm sorry for butchering his awesome name! But yes, this location is excellently managed! I am definitely going to use and refer this location!
The manager did not explain how to utilize the truck and its features. Once I arrived to drop off the truck, the sign said to wait there until someone would arrive to help me, but no one arrived.
I was treated very well at this Uhaul location. The manager and staff were very professional. The truck I wanted was not returned on time so I was given a larger truck at no additional charge which was better for me since I had more stuff to move than I realized. I would use this location again because they gave me good service and helped me with all of my needs.
Don't send customer to a reservation location and not have a truck at that location. Then when the customer calls to ask â€œwhere is my truck?â€ don't lie and say â€œwe called you to tell you the Pickup location changed.â€ Because I have the voicemail of the Uhaul representative who only stated the pickup time had changed from 9am to 10am. Nothing was mentioned to me that my pickup location had been changed. As I customer I am extremely pissed off at Uhauls error and poor communications resulting in wasting my time and money.
During these difficult times we are facing I was pleased with the service and preparation with the team over at the pick up location Thank you
