Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulYou need to update your system because this isn't even a drop off location is what the gas station manager told me I didn't have time to do anything about it and I called and told them that I left the keys with the manager and that I wouldn't be charged a fee for that and there was another lady who also left her truck there. It was extremely difficult for a drop off everything for 50 minutes because of that it was the worst experience and it threw off my move so much.
Ashia HUnbelievably bad pick up experience that involved a 45 minute call with U-Haul in which I spoke with 4 people, each of whom needed me to explain the situation anew. The situation being that the gas station employee has not yet checked in the truck that I was due to rent. Upon asking the gas station employee to please check in the truck so I could complete my pick up, he said that he did not work for u-haul and it was not his responsibility. It took 30 more minutes on the phone for someone to call this employee and tell them to check in the U-Haul. There are multiple printed word document signs up at this location that say “THIS IS NOT A U-HAUL DROP OFF”. Some of which are posted directly next to U-Haul branded signage. Avoid at all costs!
MICHAEL SThe parking lot is too tight to get out easily with a 15 ft. truck. The clerk was rude when we asked if he could help by moving a truck.
