Rental: My vehicle wasn't properly cleaned and had the check engine light on which was not disclosed to me by the worker. Return: The Hispanic guy and â€˜White lady that works at this location is full of shit. They were the most aggravating throughout my entire rental experience. The guy's face just looked like a slapped ass and like he wanted to get the hell out of there. Why get these damn jobs if you're not going to do it properly. I'm getting charged additional charges when I returned the cargo van 4/2/2021 at 4:20pm exactly. The guy said just give me the keys very condescendingly and that they will log it. It was specifically logged at 6:24am 4/3/2021. That's a load of shit because I didn't return it after hours.Dajae H.

Whomever it was that issued my truck to me could use, in my opinion, some directives and training on customer service. She seemed to not want to answer questions. She spoke in a low tone of voice making it very hard to hear her and I had to ask her several times to repeat herself. Part of her problem is that she sounds as though she's reading from a training manuel and didn't really care about her customer's experience. Generally everybody at this location has been very helpful, vibrant and seemed to really care. Those employees are the main reason I came back to this location. I have an outstanding case with the fraud department and am incredibly disappointed by the service I have received from them. There should be a more clear communication path between people on the eAlert list and U-haul. I had to spend 1.5 hours on the phone on Friday night trying to get cleared from the list, which disrupted my very tight moving window. Had I known I was on the list before then, I would have cleared up the issue previously. U-Haul's creditor called me months ago and I cleared it up with him. He said he was forwardin his report to U-Haul, but apparently nothing happened since then.Stephen R.

The Lady at the service was on a call (on her mobile) the whole time. I told her that I checked in online, thought that would be easier for her. But she told it would be easier if I could answer the questions in a very rude manner. I was upset and asked her to hang the phone and continue the check in, then she told "It does not matter as far as I am being served". Up until my most recent U-Haul rental from this location I have never had any issues. However, this time there was an issue with the return of my deposit and it is still not resolved a week and a half later. This is not by any fault of your company I waited until I thought enough time had passed for it to have been returned and after seeing that it still has not been posted back into my account I am taking action to resolve this matter now.Mike L.
