Computer took forever to boot up so even though I had completed everything on line and pre paid it still took over 30 minutes. Truck ignition switch was almost non existent from previous damage. (I have a picture) Tons of play in gear shift so hard to get into gear. Because of ignition switch damage beeping continued after leaving the cab. Was told later truck shouldn't have been driven in that condition. After multiple attempts to find an actual person to talk to at U haul and an hour of being on holds off and on was told to go back to place I got it from. By that time movers were there and elevator time was reserved. I was moving my daughter s apartment after she unexpectedly died 2 weeks earlier and didn't need this extra stress. Would never recommend U haul. If you try to contact them expect a run around, numerous transfers, and long wait times.
