Your U-Haul web page return site would not work last night. I change to allow location access and still. Tried multiple times to perform return on phone and laptop computer. Terrible process wasted close to an hour. Gave up
Philip G.We did not know, until we went to load up the truck from a storage in Georgia, that the back rear door was so hard to pull down.. my husband and I are 67 and 63. It took both of us, with everything in us to pull the door down to lock!!! We then had to unload at another storage, again having difficulty to close the rear !! I mentioned this to the lady in the office when I returned the truck, mentioning a discount of some sort to compensate for the problem we had!! She refused saying, she has mentioned this problem to the company, and no one has fixed! It was then, she put the truck out of order!! My husband and I feel we need to be compensated with something due to the place KNOWING the rear door was apparently broken!!
