More lighting around the area would be nice, and a bigger sign that says Uhaul

JACK BThis was an absolutely horrible experience with U-Haul. We arrived on time at our original rental place, and the van was not back. An agent tried to give us another truck that was sitting in the parking lot, but the keys were not on site. I was on a tight schedule, and we were rerouted to a different location, which took us 30 minutes to get to, No one was at the front desk and we had to wait until someone came, And when we were given our van, we were told that it was low on gas, but it was so low on gas that we were unable to get to a gas station. In the middle of the street intersection, we were stuck without any gas. When I called the U haul Customer service, I was on hold for 10 minutes before I got a hold of an agent who then told me that they would find somebody to come and help us because we were stranded. We then received text messages that said we had to wait another 45 minutes until he came. A Good Samaritan came and gave me a little gas to get to a station. This entire ordeal, set us off our schedule for a wedding day by two hours. In addition, the van that we had smelled like urine, Was completely dirty, and had no windshield wipers. This Was a completely horrible experience in every possible way.
Grace PI had a better experience here then any official uhaul.
