Truck was damaged. Had leak inside top right of box. Jimmy job with caulking was done inside the top right of box and did not properly seal off the box. Noticed this after entire inside was flooded. Parked it overnight in prep for move and didn't realize until next day afternoon flooded inside. Complete waste of time. Had workers arrive for moving and had to pay them, had to go to 15 miles away for a new uhaul in mad rush, had to delay my moving plans and loss of money.

I returned my truck to this location on the correct day and time as i was supposed to. I spoke with the gentleman at the register, confirmed my name, handed him the key personally and asked him a couple questions. I asked if i needed a receipt or any paperwork Two days later i get a receipt saying that i rented the truck for an additional two days. I’m currently speaking with UHaul to resolve, but make sure you receive documentation IMMEDIATELY.

I rented the truck and soon realized there was no dolly and worse no ramp to load or offload my items which cost me $40 more for the movers because everything had to be lifted. I was running 30 mins late for the return and l called them to let them know and l was told l had to pay for another day which l did. I went to uhaul.com to finalize my return and couldn’t find any tab for return. I dropped off the truck on Saturday at 6pm and called in to confirm that the return went well and informed the manager of my experience and he said sorry there is nothing l can do to help you ma'am. I will never rent from Storcal again and will not recommend to my friends either. Worst moving experience. I was charged $153.00

glass windows mirrors all filthy made it hard to see out of. Truck ran fine, would rent similar truck again

The guy was rude and didn't seem to want to be there. We dropped our truck off at 3:30p and it was not processed until 11a the next day. I received a call asking me to turn the truck in when I already had. So, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to make sure everything was fine. I am so disappointed in how UHAUL has mad my move a stressful experience. And how no one seems to want to help and at the end of the day it seems like the company just wants the money and doesn't care about it's customers.

My original reservation was moved to Chatsworth due to no 20ft truck being available at Oxnard street Stor-Cal. When I arrived in Chatsworth, the young man didn't have any record of the equipment (hand trucks) I'd reserved and nor did he have any blankets, which is also reserved. He got on the phone with the Oxnard location and found they had some blankets there. Since it was the best I could get, I accepted them and drove to that location. However, when we went to Oxnard street Stor-Cal the gentleman there didn't want to let us take any blankets because he hadn't been aware ours was a one-way rental. We ended up being given 1 dozen but is reserved 2 dozen. 1 dozen wasn't enough. The movers were very nice and provided me with blankets but they charge $14 per blanket. The truck was sticky and didn't appear to have been cleaned. It functioned fine and the remainder of the move went smoothly.

The U-Haul representative was efficient and friendly. His expertise made my experience a very good one.

If the customer who has returned the U-Haul doesn't fill up the tank enough or gas is siphoned overnight to the point of leaving the tank empty, recommend to make it a U-Haul policy that the location needs to fill up the tank to at least 1/8 before the next customer picks it up. That was an unforeseen inconvenience.

It's hard to find as the address is a building that nobody uses so this place is off to the side of the address . Need some signs up . Also nobody picks up the phone . Apart from that all was good .

Adam Robriguez the clerk was very rude was told by him he do not work for u haul and to please file a complaint about him . I should be carry my dolls and pad yes I was late 30 min was unable to find the place the phone number that was on my email was incorrect has said not his problem .. Hope I never have to go to this location again,

Great, fast, no nonsense service. Small selection of trucks from what I could see but they had exactly what I needed, and I was able to get it without a reservation. Parking lot is a little difficult to see just go around the bend.

The gas meter for the car went DOWN after I got 4 gallons of gas; as a result, I was charged to get gas TWICE. I am convinced the truck was rigged and will never be using U-Haul again.

Was told the cost would be 119$ for 24 hours with a one way trip. We anticipated having back in less but couldnt. Still made it in 23 hours and my card was charged around 200$ for some unclear reason. Yeah, thankfully we have a record of the price agreement and of time of drop off so we can defend our selves. Train your staff better or something.

my gas meter read a little above 1/4 tank when I left the facility. The gentleman said it was just below 1/2. I took a photo of the gas meter and immediately called the number I had to no avail. I tried a couple of times. When I returned the truck, I put in 4 gallons for 30 miles of usage. I brought it back with a bit more than I left it with and was charged 11.00 for 2 gallons of gas. I still cant get through to the office and of course cannot reply to the noreply email.

I ordered the rental online and was the only customer when I went in, but it still took over 15 minutes to get out of there. I think it was not the manager's fault but U Haul's software that takes all the time.

There was two people outside that were smoking pot. They didn't work there. But I'm highly allergic it pot. So I'm not sure what you can do about the drop off place. But that was just don't a inviting place.

The location wasn't the easiest to find as it was part of storage facility and there wasn't a U-haul sign outside. The only reason I know it was the location was that 2 trucks were parked outside

This rental was a potential disaster. I contract was to pick up the truck at your Winnetka location, but without notifying me it was changed to the Chatsworth store. I only learned of this because I called the Winnetka store the day before and then informed of the change. Only a part of the supplies were available. The above ratings for the pickup were for the changed store in Chatsworth.
