This location and truck were fine. The process of renting however was horrible. Booked and paid on a Monday, they dont actually try to coordinate anything til 2 days prior to move so they made my arrangements on Thursday. Didnt have a truck in the area, didn't bother trying to get a truck to the area, changed my pick up location but never contacted me to notify me of the change. The new location was an hour and 10 minutes away, so adding 2h20min round trip to my already 5.5hr drive. Customer service acted like this was no issue and the best they could do. I was not pleased. Had to spend an hour and half on the phone the evening before the move speaking to 4 different people, finally speaking to a supervisor, to get them to work with me and locate a truck closer. Supervisor was able to make it happen. Still will use different rental company next time.Gary T.

If you're coming from the other side of the road you end up waiting for 150 Amazon vans to pass before you can make a Uturn to get into the facility. That's not an exaggeration, it is an endless stream, and any time a van isn't pulling out some other car fills that single gap. It took almost 10 minutes to turn around and there's no direct left turn into the facility because of a median.David S.
In store receptionist adviced me if I brought vehicle back by an earlier than expected time, there would be a credit. False information, I spoke with her manager, even called u-haul with my experience and received a $10 voucher for the next time. Expires in 2 yes. Company did not follow through on original promise of reduced cost.Brenda E.
Difficult time with online rental of equipment going from point A to B which will initially calc mileage correctly but when selecting alternative drop off location recommended by U-haul at a savings, mileage allotment drops to point A to drop off point (which in my case was in another state and closer to point A). Without the outstanding help of your Station Manager on-duty ( I believe first name Kristiana) I would have gone with another carrier. I have used U-haul for a number of trans US moves in my career but the recent equipment substitution rate is approaching Bate and switch.KURT S.
