I was charged online when I did my reservation then I find out I was charge again when I went to pick up the trailer. AND it was for more money. I need to find out what's that's about.

The enterance into the location was horrible on my car, for the exit to be on such a busy street and than have to take the exit very slowly not to mess my car up was difficult, I would go to a different location next time just to avoid that. Also the moving blankets in the back were all over the place and their was a half gallon of opened milk sitting in the truck. No one walked out to the truck with us, just pointed us in the right direction and left us to do it ourselves.

Encourage staff to perhaps be more alert seeming and less overall lethargic; it gives the impression that they would fall asleep if left alone for more than 5 seconds. Also if scheduling keeps misrepresenting itself as being at the location for pickup, there are going to continue to be more (valid) complaints about this duplicity.



The lady who assisted me was very nice and pleasant. The card reader may take some getting used to because it made a double charge on to my account and the lady said that it wouldn't charge me 80.00. But 59.95.

There apparently was a crack on the windshield when we got the UHaul. This was our first time so we didn’t know that we were supposed to be given a walk-around to make sure there was anything wrong with the truck. Now the drop off location is saying that we are responsible for a crack that we DID NOT see and DID NOT cause.



Heather was awesome. She should be given a raise and moved up in this company.



This is the second time in one week i have been at thus location. And both times the lady at the desk. (Sorry i dont have her name). Was perfect. In and out. No problems. Always nice and responsive. Herself and the young man was very entertaining and curtious.

Do not start miles at your location. If the objects I came to pick up is 10 miles from you. Why would I drive from Columbia S.C to pick up a truck just to drive back to COLA.
