They weren't there when we got there and got an attitude when we called even though they weren't supposed to be closed yet. I called customer service and a manager was supposed to reach out to me within 48 it's been 72 hours now. I was over charged the van was so disgusting I will never use UHaul again

The operator was very nice and accommodating.....but apparently U-Haul canceled or deleted my reservation (paid too!!), but the lady there gave me a truck to use for the 2 hours I needed. Thank you very much.

Easy pickup, no problems
The store looks nothing like a typical uhaul store. It also smelled terrible. There was stuff everywhere inside boxes like a thrift store, clothing and other miscellaneous items throughout the store. I'm so glad I reserved my truck online, I didn't want to be in the store at all it was so stinky. Reserving the truck on the app has to be the quickest way to reserve the truck you need. I was in the store in and out of the stinky store so fast.
Through no fault of this location my online rental reservation pointed me here on a day they were closed. How does this happen? Business owner went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.
Parking spots for truck renters are limited. More parking spaces would be an improvement.
I'm ok with the rental rates, rental tax a little higher than thought, but thats ok. I'm more concerned about the "safe tow" option that was added to my rental without my acknowledgement nor was I asked if I wanted this. If this is mandatory to have, at least the person should have brought it up during our conversation. I'm seeking a refund for this as it was not brought to my attention during the course of the entire process. My dad always complains about this "catch" as he is from Europe and his english isnt great. He always feels he gets taken advantage of so I did the rental for him and sure enough, it happen to me too and I speak perfect english. This needs to be corrected and needs to be come part of the sales/rental process cause i'm sure it happens to a lot of people without them knowing and at the end of the day, it will be their word against yours. Didn't look like a uhaul store. Upon entering, there was a whole cluster of things. A stand of jewelry for sale that had nothing to do with uhaul. Looked dirty, the uhaul truck smelled like cigarettes. She didn't provide me with a receipt. She had a garage to the side that looked like a mechanic shop. Doing three jobs at once.
This has by far been the worst rental experience. It was at least an hour for me to return rental. When we got there to return, the lady said she would close the ticket out later. I suggested to her to do the close out now due to my card already being charged $75.23, and I needed to know the miles and to apply a certificate I had. She said she would have to call her manager to find out how to apply the certificate, which never happened. There were other issues but just know I'll go somewhere else in the future.
This location provided us with many issues. The lady in charge of this location was definitely not following standard protocol, especially when it comes to explaining to me about the price rates and charges. She only talked about the basic rate of 19.99, took my name and credit card info, gave me the key and never gave me any other explanation. I left and came right back in under an hour, to find my charges to be almost $77, specifically $66. In the beginning I mentioned that I had my own insurance, but was charged a movers coverage that I never agreed to or even heard of, which was $14. From beginning to end, my service was horrible; the lady refused to provide us with any information or printed receipts, and I felt completely blind-sighted. Is there a way I can at least get a refund of the coverage fee since the lady had never gone over anything with us, not even asking for signatures or a run down of prices and how U-Haul works? We asked for basic customer service of printed receipts and received none but the ones she sent through text messages; we also asked if we could pay in cash because we were afraid of any additional or scam-like charges on my card--and the lady said they did not accept cash. The truck itself was clean but needed maintenance done to correct the alignment as well as a bad shimmy in the truck.

I made a reservation at one location and was sent to another location miles away. This caused me to pay extra money. My initial reservation was at 9 o'clock But when it got changed I wasn't able to pick the truck up until 10 o'clock. On top of having to adjust the time for the people that were moving me, when I went to pick up the truck the business was not open at 10am. This place didn't open until 10:45. Wow!!! I could not believe the level of service that I received from Uhaul. I would hope that you can address these issues and not treat any of your customers as I was treated. REALLY BAD BUSINESS!!!
This location really needs to improve on answering the phone. I started calling this location at 10am and so did the Uhaul representative and every time the call went directly to the voicemail. No one never answered the phone. The truck I rented did not have a working seat belt on the driver's side so it dinged the entire time I had it. The gas needle did not work properly so I ended up filling the truck up instead of putting back at half full. Just not a good experience for me.
The unit was filthy. Not clean inside. The owner of business did not hook up ttailer or verify the lights worked. The owner chargged me fot 2 days instead of the one i had asked for
