The inside of the truck was dirty with water bottles behind the seat and ashes all on the consoles. The truck needed some mechanical work done to it; due to the stalling and jerking it did on my trip. I was very disappointed with my rental.

Kristen C.My poor experience started when I arrived and the sign said open but nobody was there. I called the number on the door and the person verified that they were open but I waited 15 minutes for someone to pull up. Then once the man let us in the office I noticed how junkie and scorching hot it was, I was beyond ready to leave. After I booked the truck , I went out to it and noticed how dirty it was. The truck had trash under the seat and sticky stuff all in the cup holder. The truck was so raggedy that it sounded as if it was going to break down at any giving moment. I definitely will not be returning.

Because of the switch, I did not get the hand truck or furniture blankets I had reserved with my truck, so I had to make extra trips to other locations on moving day to get what I had reserved. Annoying. Not good service by U-Haul.

Robin S.We got interrogated for more than 45 minutes and we never rented a UHAUL before. I felt discriminated by this, wishing y'all could get resolved soon for the future. Also I didn't get enough time for my equipment when I needed it more time, I felt pressured by the time stance that they told us they needed it back.

joline L.When I picked up the truck it only had 1/4 tank of gas. According to my contract, I went a total of 12 miles. I was charged $66.00 for 6 gallons of gas. $30.00 service charge to put the gas in the truck and the gas station is directly across the street. I was then charged $36.00 for 6 gallons of gas. $66.00 for not returning the tank to 1/4 when I only went 12 miles is excessive and ridiculous!

Jason P.Initially we were told we could not have the truck for 2 days. It would have been nice to pick it up the night before to load it before the rain came. When we got a call and text the next day, to tell us we've been upgraded to a 20 or 26 ft truck from a 15ft, when in actuality we reserved a 10ft., we were told at that time yes, we can have it for 2 days. So we kept the 15ft, but only needed it for 1 day now.. We picked the truck up and was told the gas had to be where its at or more at time of pickup. The clerk said about 3/8. When we started the truck it was barely over a 1/4 of a tank and the gage said 162 mi to empty. When we returned it , the gage said 152 mi to empty, at 10 miles to the gallon which is what the truck was stating, it should have only needed 1 gallon of gas to be spot on. You charged us $30.00 for gas or about 7 gallons or approximately 70 miles more. I don't blame you for trying to take advantage of the customer especially at the price of gas these days, but that is a little extreme and bad for business. Richard Snider

Melissa D.I scheduled to pick up at 8:00am however when I arrived the facility was not open and the app told me that I had to wait until 10:30 when the facility opened to checkout my vehicle. This cut into the time that I reserved and much needed time for moving. Also there were no straps for inside the truck , when I inquired with the staff , they said they didn't have any. I was uneasy about my belongings being safely secured in the truck. Overall the truck and experience helped me get done what I needed to do but it wasn't as seem-less as advertised and I didn't have all the time and equipment needed.
Darren D.Close this location. The place is a dump, grungy and not clean. The staff was cordial, but solemn. It's not a professional environment. We were charged excessively and the customer service rep. was nonchalant. I will not use Uhaul again. It was a terrible experience.

aravena E.The pickup on this Truck went smooth. I picked up the truck effortlessly and accomplished what I intended to do for the Day. The Drop off, on the other hand, was a jerk off. I drove the 26ft Uhaul back to the destination that I picked it up, and where I left my own personal truck. All of this in the middle of an Ice Storm. Then the App informs me that I need to move the Uhaul a mile up the road to a different location and drop off point. So I did - what choice did I have? Regardless, I had an underage, unlicensed driver, with me, so both of us got to walk a mile back down the road to my own personal truck. And hurry to the other side of town in an Ice storm. Nice.
