The woman did not ask anything about name or contract. She held out her hand for the key, and maybe she said thank you. No greeting, no confirmation that she would register our return of the truck. No nothing. The “lobby” was a dimly lit very small room with absolutely no decorative touches or appeal, and it had a slightly icky smell. No lights behind the counter, nothing to indicate it was a business and catered to the public.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulRoach motel. Clerk took my I.D and credit card in the back for a long time out of site after I had already paid and checked in online. Then they charged me an extra $30. They marked the gas was at a Quarter tank but when I left the parking lot it was just above empty to the point I thought wouldn’t even make it to the gas station.
John VOver charged and workers don’t seem to have knowledge on the U-Haul program
Cameron AI left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. It's rare to find such attentive staff who truly go the extra mile for their guests.
HASAN AI was concerned that I tire indicator light was on, however it appeared to run fine. Also there was a small chip in the windshield
