We were disappointed that we were required to unload the blankets and dolly from the truck and bring them from the truck into the store without assistance. We are old and disabled.

Blankets I reserved weren’t available and I wasn’t told under after I signed the rental agreement. Employee told me to pickup from a different location. Rental agreement was on iPad so I wasn’t able to review all details before signing and employee didn’t confirm any details for the rental agreement with me. Just clicked buttons and asked me to sign. I didn’t choose this location for pickup and was not happy with the process.

Russell SThe store clerk was a night shift employee and did not know what to do with the truck or anything. He did not ask me for the mileage or my name or any other information. He just wanted me to hand over the keys without any information. I called the help line to let them know that I had dropped off the truck. I also called the U-Haul company where I rented the truck from to let them know the truck was dropped off.
