Fabulous staff Easy rental However equipment needed to be maintained Van needs to be detailed and cleaned inside and out Had to sweep van interior as well before using for goods

PHILIP TMaybe making clear where the key drop off is located. I returned after dark and even though it was located right in front of where I parked I didn’t see it. I wasn’t sure about leaving the door unlocked so I left the key in the cup holder and locked the door for safety thinking the store would have spare set to unlock it. This ended up costing me $50 dollars due to U-Haul having to bring a locksmith to unlock the truck and get the keys.
