Fabulous staff Easy rental However equipment needed to be maintained Van needs to be detailed and cleaned inside and out Had to sweep van interior as well before using for goods

PHILIP TMaybe making clear where the key drop off is located. I returned after dark and even though it was located right in front of where I parked I didn't see it. I wasn't sure about leaving the door unlocked so I left the key in the cup holder and locked the door for safety thinking the store would have spare set to unlock it. This ended up costing me $50 dollars due to U-Haul having to bring a locksmith to unlock the truck and get the keys.

BRIAN SI wasn't really sure where to park the truck, so I parked it next to the other trucks in the parking lot. I think there should be designated after hours drop-off location signs to make it more clear. As well as for the key drop off box.
CAMILO RThe truck was in poor condition. It needs an alignment. It pulls heavily to the right. The air dam and the front of the truck was hanging. The left front tire was low on air. The truck Bed had to be cleaned by the staff at value storage due to a film of oil all over the truck bed. The ignition switch is damaged and needs to be replaced it no longer has the intentions of where to stop and to be able to get the key out. It takes 10 minutes just to get the key out. I cannot convey how disappointed I am in this rental.

BRIAN SBe open during the hours published. Renters are not U-Haul employees; checking out and in. A vehicle is an employees job! My invoice was wrong, no one working during scheduled hours, now I need to use my time to contact U-Haul to remedy their errors.

David Dthe entire uhaul experience feels like some MBAs tried to optimize every penny. the app sucks really really badly. i hate apps. i don’t want to let you have my location data, it's a privacy invasion. how are you storing my biometric data? are you even using encryption? do you have default passwords on everything? i don’t trust your security practices and i don’t want to upload my license to your servers. boo.

MIRTHA AI have rented from this location before when they are open for business and never had an issue. I would not recommend renting using the 24 hr access rental when you do the self check out. I went to the location at 10am my reserved time and when through the process of renting a 20 foot truck. The truck they tried to rent to me was blocked in by a person that dropped off at that location. I called Uhaul and after almost an hr I got somebody on the phone who was going to try and change me to a truck that we would be able to take out of the location. After working with Uhaul for some time I never received the information to be able to complete the rental process. I got transferred to multiple dept and nobody would help. I called back and got a rep on the phone her name was Ann. She was patient and was on with me almost another hr but she did get me into another truck and I was on my way. Bigger issue is that this whole process took about 2.5 hrs and I was paying movers to help me at 100 per hr so I lost 250.00 because this issue could not get resolved in the first phone call.

YVONNE AThe truck had undisclosed damage and water was leaking into the truck which soaked all of my belonging during travel. I took pictures and reported the issue but never heard back and I was charged a cleaning fee. I won't be renting from U-Haul again.
Carlos RUnfortunately the locks on the box where you pick up the key are not very good. I could not open mine. Luckily I was able to get a different vehicle where the lock worked. Otherwise, no issues with the rental

Pablo STruck was not swept out before I got it. Brakes need to be replaced. When I went to turn in the keys no one was there. I waited 45 mins and was on the phone for that long trying to talk to someone. Learned there is a drop box on the wall that you can't even see from the door.
Laura LLocation was closed on Thursday when I returned truck. Outside return box not visible had to look for it. Not very business friendly to close in the middle of the week.

Ann GThe after hours key pick up has two problems. Firstly the sun shines so brightly on the paddock the combination numbers are unreadable as well as oxidize and dirty. After many attempts to try to read the letters I got it. I nearly gave up on the process. You need to fix that, I will be returning on 6/30 for another rental will be interesting to see if anything is done about it, I used box 2

James UI was overcharged for a rent van I tried to return the following day and the next the office was closed on Sunday and Saturday manager had be back and office closed I didn't feel comfortable put key in drop box because the app wasn't working right never drove the van out the parking lot so equipment was there buti understood having the key 1 day past due would probably charge but my two day rental became a charge forb4 rental days it over charged and took all the money I paid plus I still owe 2.00. Had my original reservation been honored for the pick up truck this wouldn't be an issue. I will never rent usual again not worth it.

EDGAR TI rent for enterprise all the time You get 200 miles with the booking and only $89 for the day. I didn't need many miles So I expected that using U-Haul this time for the small trip would be less expensive than the 89 that I usually spend But I Spent more than I would've with enterprise. Unfortunate
