Online after hours return process was confusing and there were no instructions posted at location. It took me 30 minute to complete the return and cost me an extra rental period.

Charged me for a clean up and gas. Couldn't show me why the gas was not filled back properly. It was above where I was told to bring it back at. Said he had to mop the truck etc.. Just ripped me for fifty

Location did not gave the truck I reserved and forced me to take a 27' truck when I reserved a 10' truck. The website sucks and doesn't know what the locations actually have. Also the girl who rented me the truck was extremely unhelpful and could not have cared less. Obviously she doesn't care about customer service or serving people. The guy who brought the truck around was obviously stoned and didn't go over the truck details or help me adjust the mirrors at all or make sure everything was ok.

First of all they forgot to give us our equipment which was fine but a little frustrating. Went to pick it up later. We had our truck and car trailer packed and ready to go for our three day trip to SF. I noticed that one of the rear tires was complete baled. I called U-haul and was told to bring the truck in. We drove it in and was told at first that they didn't know what to offer us except a new truck. I told them that was unacceptable and that we could not unpack everything in our truck and pack anther one especially when we were just getting ready to head out. The manager seemed like it was no big deal that we were rented an unsafe vehicle. They finally decided that I contact roadside assistance for help. It took 4 hours to get the tIre fixed. We had to go to two different locations to get tired replaced. The first place was not asked to confirm they had the tire in stock. This delayed our trip almost a whole day. I had to cancel hotel rooms and rebook new ones since the delay. I couldn't believe how unconcerned and nonchalant The manger was about our issue. We didn't even get a call from the property that gave us an unsafe vehicle to see if we got on the road. I work in customer service and I was appalled at how our situation was handled. The lambs that we took the truck to get the tire changed could not believe the truck was rented out. I would really like a call back about the situation from upper management. 512-789-3164.

Employees lied. I called on day I picked up the Uhual truck to tell employee that dolly wasn’t tied down and she said that they were out of zip ties and that I would not be charged. Well I was charged $7 when I returned it today

Your online rental system is terrible. I still had to go into the store as they keep the keys, i had to provide you tons of personal info even through you had my DL# and worse of all I rented it for 24 hours but your call center started calling at 4pm, same day telling me I rented it for 4 hours when everyone else said 24 hour. I rented it until 4pm the next day but your people called incessantly telling me it had to be returned asap and we couldn’t keep it. Your call center is rude and the calls are obnoxious. I would Never in a million years rent from you due to the experience. Your customer service is horrible!

Be more honest and up front with your customers. Inspect your trucks before you rent them out. Oh yeah, I picked the truck up with a quarter tank of gas in it, I returned the truck with half a tank of gas but I wasn’t reimbursed for that or no mention of that!!!!!
