The only thing was it wasn't updated to the overall computer system, probably because it was a Saturday, so that the other place in AZ emailed me Tuesday saying it hadn't been checked in. They worked it out and all was well!

Steve H.The mobile app didn't work for pickup or drop off. I had to go in for pickup and had to call for drop off. Bad experience with the mobile app.
Jeffry M.It has less to do with the location and more to do with the fact that we reserved a truck. Ended up being late because of an accident then when we showed up to get it after hours the app and website wouldn't let us check in so it took another hour and half to get a truck that ended up being bigger and more expensive than we needed because that's all they had available. Very disappointed in the app and ease of renting a vehicle. Turning it back in also took probably 20-30 minutes
