Cell signal in the area made it difficult to navigate the u-haul website. 1. I wish i had downloaded the Uhaul app before I arrived as it might have made the 24/7 pickup faster, the web version kept locking up; 2. if the location had an advertised open wifi, that might have helped tooJames R.

No problems with this facility. The check in with mobile device service needs work. It took 20 minutes for the check in to be processed after we arrived at the facility.Jeff C.
When I dropped of the Truck on time, The location person, did not check the number of pads, the truck milage or condition of the truck and I was not given a receipt. I was told he would get to it later. It is not several days past and I have not received any communications form UHaul . everything was fine to me, but it would have been nice to have had confirmationLloyd H.
This location and the people that operate it. Are wonderful. The managers are great. The music is great. The problems I had were website, contract, phone center problems and complaits about confusion and misinformation. The people at locations, the equipment, the prices, all are outstanding, and have run out of words to describe the people and hospitality.Nathan D.
I requested a drop-off location in Fort Payne, AL. Once this drop-off location was entered on the order, I could not change it. This caused me to go about 40 miles out of my way. I made several attempts to call and have it changed, but could never get anyone to answer the phone, despite waiting on the line for over 10 minutes.David M.

Location was suppose to open at 9 am. We had moving help lined up at 9:30. Two door bells and two phone numbers got no results. A person came up and went inside but no attendant came out to help. About 9:20 got some help but it seemed we were too much trouble. BTW several days later we rented from Mike's in Cedar Bluff and it was a pleasant experience.Barry M.
I asked for a 15' rental and all they had was a 26' rental. This was a much bigger truck than I wanted or needed. I feel I should receive a $50 guarantee payment since what I contracted for was not what I received. I am renting a small trailer tomorrow, so can I have this applied to this rental?Edward R.

we did not do a walk around inspection. Windshield wiper blade on passenger side needed to be replaced.There were no moving blankets available at this location or the one I was sent to. We had damage as a result of no blankets. I was told that them location I was sent to had 50ve blankets they had none. I was not very happy with this.TERRELL B.
The truck was very dirty both inside and out. And the interior lights and one of the lights on top weren't working. They did not check anything on the truck to make sure it was in working order before my mother left, they didn't even walk out there with her. He just handed her the keys and the hand trucks and sent her on her way. We almost had to pay for these issues even though they weren't our fault but fortunately the person at the place we dropped it off at was super nice and helped us sort it all out!KAYLA B.
