This is the second time I've dealt with this location. The first time, I wasn't happy when they charged me $20 for gas when I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up. I thought it had to be better for pickup. But no. They had to call all their smelly biker friends to come stare at me?! Try to intimidate me? I will never interact with this location again.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis is basically a parking lot with a key drop at a local bar. No office that I could discern. I dropped the truck at about 5:10 I had called ahead at around 2:00 to tell them I was coming around 5:00 and was told there would be someone there probably until 6
Arthur MPicked up on Saturday and returned on Sunday… billed for 2 days. Contacted rental location but never received a response.
jeffery pdoor lock none. around and had to call.
Michael CI received a bill for additional charges that I am disputing with my credit card company. I was told that I would receive a phone call. That never happend. I just received a bill. I picked up the car with 1/16 tank of gas and returned it with more gas than I received and still received a bill. Unacceptable.
