Equipment was fairly clean but did expect cleaner. Process is a little annoying for self check in. Gas was barely 1/4 tank which is also annoying to have to then think about needing to get gas on an already busy day.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI can’t tell if the place was clean and inviting because it was not open when I returned the truck on Sunday morning. Please let customers know that the office is closed on Sundays. I would have returned the truck on Saturday to meet with a representative. I was not sure where to leave the keys because the sign in the window was not accurate (I just dropped them through the slot in the front door). Also, I was not credited for the garment box that I didn’t use but I did leave it in the truck. The phone support person was very nice and helpful but it would have been nice to have a rep there when I returned the truck.
THERESA LThey wanted us to park the trailer exactly in one place when many other adjacent spots were available. There were obstructions that made it hard to back up to the requested spot between two yellow lines.

Larry SI got the car loaded and was doing my pre-trip inspection before I left discovered the brake fluid was completely empty and by the time U-Haul got back to me on a replacement I had to wait till the next day delaying my trip almost 24 hours costing me a extra day of unpaid time off I am very unhappy with this experience. I reserved this trailer almost 2 weeks in advance trying to eliminate any delays, but I guess that didn’t work
